The manager ANDI is a total lying scumbag. she pulled some bait and switch then lied and said id pay nothing on a tab including any sort of activation fee, then I got a 45 .00 fee, when I called Andi at the store she told me she didnt do that, to call AT&T when I called them,they called her and she lied and told the rep she didnt tell me that(little did she kn ow I was on the line) then she said she did, he totally caught her in a lie we also upgraded to an iphone, paid 401.00 and gave up the Note 5 phone and got a 24.00 credit on IPhone next thing I know im still being billed for the note 5 phone so I called AT&T again, they called her again and she lied again said it wasnt her that did this it was a previous employee and then mentioned to the rep about my previous issue with the 45.00 activation fee trying to make me look like some sort of troubled customer,(again,unbeknownst to her,I was on the line) that was a total lie then she rushes the rep off the phone saying she was the only one in the store and had customers and hung up on Hayley the rep. im so POd Im going to be filing an official complaint against ANDI with her BOSS Joe Woodworth at the Puyallup store,I am NEVER going back there again!!! I advise anyone else to stay away from there also.

The store manager at this store, Andie, is an absolute nut-case. Her sales associates use dinshonest, bait & switch tactics to entice you to sign up & then when you attempt to talk to the manager (Andie) about it she flies off the handle, yells, storms around the store and spends 20 minutes in the back room irately screaming on the phone while customers wait on her to have a total melt down. She is the most unprofessional, out of control person I have ever met in my life. Avoid this store at ALL COSTS. It is well worth the drive to Puyallup, to go to any of those stores instead. After my experience with Andie, it would be worth it to drive to New York just to avoid her store

The manager there was a little weird. She was playing us rap music to show us how the phones audio is. On top of that she went and got a stuffed animal out of her own car to try to give our infant. I think she was just trying to be nice but she definitely had some weird social skills. Pretty off-putting. Thats besides the horrible service we got in answering our questions. We also turned in a couple phones and transferred services and we were Miss quoted and it took us a couple months to figure out our billing. Overall a pretty horrible experience. The cell phone service itself is great.

My IPhone 6 Plus had serious issues. I had to file an insurance claim. Andi was excellent in helping me with my options with no pressure. She actually filed the claim for me and was very patient and thorough. When my new name phone came in I also received excellent customer service from Robin who was very helpful in transferring data from one phone to the other , which was difficult and time consuming as one phone was broke. He even taught an old dog trick as far as the capabilities of my phone. Thanks guys ,good job Don Mc.

Felt very unwelcomed the moment I stepped inside, both women working were rude and not very helpful. I will not be returning to this store nor do I recommend anyone else. Ended up going to Tacoma AT&T and given amazing customer service.
