Im new to the area and have been to this Safeway location a few times now. Each time has been miserable for different reasons. Terrible service (or lack of service), empty or messy shelves, and rude employees no matter what department I went to. This last visit I ended up walking out while trying to order my childs birthday cake from the bakery because the employee wouldnt even come around the counter to speak with me but instead yelled attitude at me from 7 feet away. Safeway has always been my go to store for grocery needs and now sadly I wont be returning.

Dont understand what happened but somebody in charge needs to make changes in their philosophy. Lines being 10 to 12 people deep with 3 check stands open is ridiculous...it is memorial day weekend for crying out loud. Also, please move display items out of the isles so more then 1 person can get through. Albertsons you to shout 3s a crowd and a new teller would come in. #10risdiculous

Our local grocery store. I like Safeway but it is the highest priced grocery choice up here in Bonney Lake. It is also a very small store and I often get frustrated with waiting in line to pay for my stuff! Especially late at night.

Card reader stand is broken, told the manager and he openly blow my comment away. Totally ignored me to talk to the person behind me about a DVD they had just rented. Safeway has gone down hill with customer service.

One of my favorite places to shop. Safeway has some of the best beef Ive ever tasted. Their store brands are pretty great as well. I love the personalized prices for items I buy all the time on Just For U.

An average Safeway. The staff is pretty friendly although typically understaffed. The deli and produce and meat departments have great fresh items. The wine and beer selection here I think is poor.

Clean and well stocked, but the lines for checkout are incredibly long. Most of their checkout staff are incredibly slow at their job. Either open more lines, or hire faster checkout staff.

Kind of run down and in need of a custodian. The bathrooms are beat up and have broken fixtures and the parking lot regularly has trash in it.
