Few days ago I accidentally dropped my iPhone and my screen is now cracked, so I go to this store since I live in Lafayette to see what can I do about it. Ive been a customer since 2013th or 2014th and have been paying insurance this whole time, I replaced my phone twice and now I requested just a screen replacement. In the store they told me: "They will come to your address and replace the screen for you", so I went through whole claim process to find out that 94549 area is not eligible for this type pf service and I can only do the whole phone replacement, really AT&T?!- stupid! At the end I call the store to see if there is other way of changing the screen only to get the same response- NO, I go: "Well why the hell am I paying the insurance for if I cant be helped?", she goes: "Well you can cancel it."- How professional?! As an employee of the store you should know better what to tell your costumers whats possible or not possible at the beginning of the process! I wasted my time for nothing and Ive been obviously wasting my money for insurance. And yes, Ill cancel my insurance and once I pay off my phone Ill definitely switch the company as well.

Thought it was good. Went and bought new Iphone and accessories and was advised that since I was federal employee that I get a 15% discount. But wrong code was entered so got email from AT&T to call. Called and advised wrong code and so I needed to call store to correct. Called store but went to call center in Texas. Employee there was kind enough to get me to Lafayette. Then got employee that originally sold me phone etc. and he said I had to come back to store. At that point I asked for manager. Again on hold but he did finally come back on phone and say the manager was entering the correct number for my employer with the federal government for discount. I hope so. Spent 40 minutes on phone straightening this out.

This location is absolutely HORRIBLE. I have been there twice and will never go back. I called AT&T and told them what the guy wanted to do with my phone and they said that was completely wrong. I wish I had got the store persons name.......he was rude and could have cared less.......he was not going to make any money from me.......thats how they roll.

Bravo for selling me an outdated LG flip phone for my 87-year old mom for $49.95 plus tax with a $45 RESTOCKING FEE we somehow decide to return the phone and get $4.99 back within 13 days. Its a great way to get rid of obsolete stock. No wonder people leave AT&T in hoards.

Stopped by to do a bunch of changes / new phone / upgrade etc. Rebekah helped navigate some complicated changes to my account and got me all set up. Great service and patient.

Do not do business at this particular location. They are not a corporate store and do not sync all of their records. Avoid the hassle and the awful wait.
