I own a small, local business. I leased a postal box at this location a few months ago, and I am amazed on how dependent I soon became on the many facets of service this store has to offer. They are spot on in shipping things for me, and they receive the many packages I have coming in. They never fail to alert me when I receive shipments, which is one less things for me to worry about. They do all my laminating, they take and stamp my mail when I hand the bundle to them over the counter, and they mail it off for me. Their array of copy machines always fills in for when mine break down, and they have office supplies that I can purchase in a pinch! Lisa, the owner always has a smile and a greeting for me. Rachael and Angela are great in how they accommodate their customers. Why I waited so long to patronize this place, I dont know. Now... Im a hooked, loyal customer! Good Job Ladies!

I completely agree. I found the lady in this store to be harsh. In fact, she was so rude when I said I was new to the area and was simply asking about rates and pickup times that I had to ask if she was ok. She said fine, and I asked who the owner of the store was, and she said she was with no other comment. Wow! Not a friendly greeting for my new UPS Store I had just moved into town next to. Lets just say I havent been there since. At one point in the conversation relating to getting something insured for delivery, she told me to use the post office. So weird.

This store has the privilege of giving me a most bitter and humiliating experience . The notary refused me the service of notarizing a life certificate and was downright condescending and rude. The Notary was extremely uncooperative and offensive and I would not recommend this store for a notary service .

The lady in the store, said UPS cannot ship a laptop with battery via air. So I could not ship my laptop there. I went back, called the UPS Corporate, they said I can surely ship laptop with battery via air and the store is lying. I shipped my laptop via fedex due to the poor customer service in store.
