This at&t store on Center in Martinez is the worst store of any store around. Their employees are incompetent fools they dont know how to use their computers they dont know the prices on their phones complete idiots. Never will I go in there again. Id rather spend the gas money and drive to Pleasant Hill and get good service. I give them 0 Stars. Because they have no idea what theyre doing in there. I dont know where they got their schooling but I didnt even graduate high school I know more than them. They need to go through training again. Idiots!

I wouldnt recommend this store... extremely inefficient and incompetent. We wasted almost 2 hours at this store to get a new sim card (after all, its such a complicated process?!), only to find that the data plan they sold us is no longer available. The point of going to an AT&T store and paying a premium is to know the official details. We cancelled the sim immediately and requested a refund, only to be told by AT&T that they cant refund and to resolve with the bank.

Horrible service. Ordered wrong device and because it came in week later I was not about to pick up for few weeks while gone on travel. When I did pick it up it was wrong device and said they could not return because of 14 day return policy! This wasnt even the phone I ordered! Total cheats and incompetent group of people. I will say cooperate took care of my issue. So dont go to "authorized dealer". Go to corporate stores only!!!

They close for lunch and "lunch time" is a floating idea! Its not a good idea to close up the store for lunch. I have tried to stop in twice and both times they were closed for lunch...its almost 3pm...I wont be back a 3rd time
