Ive been going to Michaels every week for about 3 weeks because Ive been planning my wedding. Ive had pleasant experiences these past couple of times Ive gone. One of the staff helped me find cheaper alternatives to certain things that i needed because she said she knew how expensive weddings could get which I really appreciate because people will just try to sell you the most expensive product now a days. And the cashier lady "Kathleen" was such a sweetheart and very helpful!

Atrocious customer service, i was helped by someone with piercings on her face and she was very rude. I wont come back here if I can help it. The store is cluttered and the prices on merchandise doesnt match. I was just surprised when I got to the register and when I asked the cashier, she said, it must be in the wrong spot.
