Terrible customer service and ridiculous lines. I avoid this store as much as possible. Anywhere else I can be in an out within 3 minutes for the amount of items I go in for but here, I typically spend 15+ minutes on average. Self checkout would be a game changer so the employees and long lines can be bypassed but those have yet to come despite being in other major grocery markets.

This location is notorious for having one (1) cashier in duty after 5pm. It doesnt makes sense to wait until the line extends into an aisle (or a cashier calling for assistance) before a 2nd or 3rd libe opens. There should always be an express lane open. I have complained to the main office HQ and store manager before. They obviously dont care enough to convenience customers.

I called to order a cake. The bakery line rang out, went to customer service, back to bakery, back to customer service. Apparently bakery doesnt answer the phone, and customer service doesnt want to get up and check to see if they have a Disney Cars cake. Long story short - I called a different Safeway and they helped me out right away.

This has been our family grocery store for over 10 years! We definitely have had good experiences. Its a great location and overall Im a fan of Safeways prices. More recently I have noticed that they are lacking in courtesy clerks and cashiers, which is really unfortunate and abnormal for this location.

What happened to threes a crowd? Lines halfway down the aisles to get to register 4-6, and cant tell which line is which with the seasonal displays. Registers 1&2 (handicap access and express) not even open. If I wasnt too exhausted to drive across town, Id never come here.

Was at the deli, during my break and I had the worst experience. The person doing my sandwich was lacking the knowledge on how to make a Italian sandwich. She even rolled her eyes at me for correcting her. Will not come back to this place

A typical Raleys store. A little steep on the pricing, but you get an excellent array to choose from. They have several amenities here, including a Starbucks. Plenty of seating at the bucks as well. Good grocery store!

Our main shopping hub. Have pretty much everything we need. Depending upon time of day, lines can be inexplicably long when more checkers should be on staff. Other than yhat, good location, good store, good selection.

Service was exceptional, from the floral dept, to seafood, and the front check out. I live over 25 miles away, and could go to a closer store, but prefer this particular store. Can I give more than 5 stars??

They had really long lines with other workers not helping took over 10 mins to get checked out. And there was another worker just talking to the check out lady when she could have helped check people out

Long lines, usually only have 2 cashiers open. They have signs up that say " if there are more than 3 people in line, they will open another register. " ...not the case, based on my experience.

I hate this place. It always take so freaking long to cash out. Or there is always someone at the front door asking for donations of some kind. After taxes I barely have anything left to eat with.

Ive been going here for years. It can get packed during peak hours but its generally clean and the staff are helpful. Extras: Florist, Pharmacy, Wells Fargo are all inside.

Regular customer. They are consistently understaffed in their deli department. Often know one available. Its a shame because the food in the display case looks really good.

I love the Safeway at Waterman Plaza. They are open 24 hours, have a Wells Fargo Bank and have a great customer service department that does Wires, Money Grams and such
