The staff was wonderful, very friendly. But the store itself was one of the worst I have been in. It was so tore up, everything thrown everywhere, products just all over the place and even tripped over shelving units just laying in the isle. It seems the people that shop there dont care where they throw things or how they treat a stores merchandise and it seemed there is no workers on the floor to make the store presentable. This was my first time to this one. I usually go to others. I will prob not go to this one again.

It was okay, However there was no customer service at all had no eye contact there wasnt a hello a good bye...and Thank You is and was out of the question!! "Customer service these days is almost extinct let alone good "Customer service"!! Please leave your personal problems at home! Motto: Treat people the way you would want someone to treat you or a member of YOUR family!

My mother was denied service from an employee at this location and my mom didnt do anything to this person. When the manager was told this, she stated this employee can refuse to serve anyone she does not want to. We contacted Dollar Tree and they will not respond. My family does not feel welcome at this location anymore and feel disrespected for these unprovoked actions.

I buy baby shower things here. Seriously, I use it once and it more or less gets tossed. So why would I spend a ridiculous amount of money! Dollar tree has some really cute things for those. Matching plates, cups, napkins, etc.... kids craft things... I wouldnt buy food from here though.....

Great place to get stuff for cheap that you must have right now. But I suspect this place is known for its slow moving long lines. Get more cashiers! These lines get long when only one or two people are working the registers. Seriously! Get these lines moving and shorter!

Great items at a great price. Large store & good selection, but the lines get SO LONG! With most stores if there are the or more people in line, then you call for an additional cashier. At this store theres been 10+people in line & no additional cashiers were called.

I usually find what Im needing from the dollar store and always a few others. Other than people blatantly helping themselves to items out of my cart the last couple times when I turned to look at something, I usually enjoy my experience.

Long lines form quick because they are always under staffed. Large employee turn around due to low wages. Always hiring.

It is just ok. The 1 in Milton is way more cleaner and put together. This store all ways has stick out on the floor.

Its a Dollar Tree. You get what you expect. The lines though can get long and slow so be patient.
