I dont think Ive ever been to a store with customer service consistently so bad as this one. I shop this store because its the closest one to my house. Ive been shopping at this store for 20 years. Ive seen employees come and go and one in particular has been there a long time. No matter who is working youre lucky to get a smile, but you can always count on getting attitude.

I took back 4 unused things of yarn, and the employee only refunded 3 of them. When I pointed out the mistake she denied it. After a few minutes of explaining and counting the items returned versus the refunded receipt she finally realized her mistake. Disappointed I decided to go shopping at the Federal Way location instead.

I went in to pick up some fabric for my sister who lives in Hawaii. She tried to order it online but they would not ship to her because she lives in Hawaii. That seems kind of silly being that she would be paying the shipping, I just dont understand why.
