My office is a block away from the Bellevue Container Store. We had ordered Metro shelving units off the Container Store website, but was not told that the casters had to be specially prepped and would not be able to be assembled without the assistance from the company. After they were delivered, myself and another woman tried to assemble this piece with no avail. We called the Bellevue store and asked if they could send over one of their warehouse guys to help us. Needless to say we were less than optimistic that they would do this. Shockingly about an hour later, one of their employees ran over in the pooring rain to help us assemble all of our shelving units. It was completely above and beyond. Not only did they apologize incessantly that we were not accurately sold our shelving units, but they did not hesitate to send someone over to help out. This is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. Thank you very much.

Contain Yourself. A fitting slogan as it can be hard not to go on a spree in this store. It is the perfectionists dream with a container or storage method for just about everything. The store is pretty big and with shelves upon shelves of different containers, it can be hard to find exactly what youre looking for. Never fear because the staff here is eager to help find the best organisation solution for you.

This place came in clutch during the holidays when things werent in stock on Amazon. Service was hard to find though, and thats why Ill probably stay with Amazon. The only reason for a retail store these days is for the service and convenience. With 2 day shipping, amazon is quickly taking over. Maybe container store can start offering their own products? That might makes things more interesting..

Good service nice stuff, but pretty expensive. they had some unique stuff and some pretty good quality stuff, but some of it you may find at IKEA or some place else for a much more reasonable price. They did have some unique stuff and you could probably get your place pretty organized easily by shopping there, but its a question of if you want to pay that much for it.

Umm, this store is dangerous. You know all those knick-knack organization items for your house that you dont really need but "may" be useful? Youll walk out of here with at least three. Really, they have everything. Special coathangers for scarves, lego shaped storage containers for Lego, swoon-worthy stationery. Its all here. Consider yourself warned,

All in all, if you have a strong budget to purchase items to furnish your home, then this would be a great spot for you. Located in the Lincoln Square building, the Container Store gets high visibility and gets high walk in traffic. The store offers a myriad of various sizes of containers to shelving neccessities, trash cans to home decor.

I am a storage geek and secretly love this store. Especially for dry good storage for the kitchen. It has many options and choices for home, office, bedroom and travel. FYI, they have adorable cupcake boxes!
