I made my appointment online. I received a call shortly after I made the online appointment, I was insured they accepted my insurance and had a couple more questions. I was told they would call me back, and they never did. I checked in for my appointment and asked again if they accepted my insurance, and was told again - Yes they did. But they needed a copy of my credit card because there system had been down all day. The next day I received a message the they did not in fact accept my insurance and because I gave them a copy them a copy of my debit card and signed that they would just be charging me for the whole visit. My visit with the Dr. was also left me feeling less than satisfied. I told him my eyes had been bothering. He did the exam and determined that I need glasses. It took him forever to decide what strength I needed. Also i had to remind him to check the irritation in my eyes, he had forgotten. I will never be going back to this eye clinic ever.

Dr Sexton and the other doctor have been great; however, the customer service is so terrible that I will never go back to this place. First, the receptionist is rude, just plain rude. Then, the doctor gave me a prescription that did not meet state requirements, so the pharmacy wouldnt fill it. So of course I call the doctor, and after calling 4 times (once a day) and being told by rude people with no tact, that the doctor would call me back, the receptionist finally calls me back. Whats her solution? She says "you need to give us the number for the pharmacy or come pick up a new copy of your prescription." I guess googling a phone number is below her. Terrible service, rude receptionist, oh, and the glasses are way overpriced anyway.

An excellent Optometrist. Dr. Sexton is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes his patients comfortable. My appointment was an easy process (both scheduling it and the appointment itself) and I left with a new prescription and understanding the tests that he ran on my eyes/vision. With convenient hours (open weekends too) you can schedule an appointment when it works in your schedule. Ive recommended him to friends and family. If youre looking for a great Optometrist, make an appointment with Dr. Sexton.

Dr. Sexton and his staff are some of the best! Dr. Sextons office contacted me ahead of time, asked me to bring in my old prescriptions, glasses and anything else I wanted to have reviewed from my old optometrist. My appointment was a breeze and actually very informative. Dr. Sexton took the time to explain what he was looking for while performing each of his various exams. I highly recommend Dr. Sexton - to anyone looking for a quality optometrist and professional staff.

This was my 2nd time around. The first Rx was incorrect, and I felt the frame was uncomfortable. I was treated well and given a really complete exam. The doctor suggested a feather-lite frame. I returned the 1st set of glasses within the one month return period, and the only additional cost was for the feather-lite lenses.

Just a Soldier
Patient person who back-briefed me on the condition of each of my childrens eye health. She handled my autistic boy with ease and professionalism that I always hope for but, dont always get when it comes to dealing with a child with communication delays. I would definitely go back if she is still employed there.

This was one of the best eye exams I have ever had! The doctor explained everything I was experiencing as we went through the exam. He gave me lots of information that I never had before and I very much appreciated his time, his kindness and the thorough exam. I will definitely be going back here every year!

It was my first visit with Dr. Sexton after having a change in my insurance plan (my regular doctor doesnt accept my new insurance). He was friendly, very thorough and explained everything in detail-I even learned a few things. Im so glad I found him!
