Im not normally the sort to leave a 1-star review as a form of protest... I honestly think this is the most accurate rating I can give. Two stars is a poor rating, but doesnt fully describe my experience. The short version is this - my next two optometrists concur that Your Eyes messed up my prescription significantly (more on that below) and Your Eyes did not stand behind their work when it failed pathetically. First, while eyes change over time they very seldom change back afterward. For that reason, its clear the OS Sph measurement they made was wrong by 3x. Perhaps it was a typo, perhaps it was messy handwriting, but my 2008, 2010, 2014, and 2015 prescriptions have it as -0.75. My 2012 Your Eyes prescription (right in the middle) is -0.25. Whoops. Then, after about two weeks of having these glasses one of the lenses fell out and was lost in a crowd. Fell out while I was wearing them and standing there. Ive had literally a dozen pair of glasses from the same frame company, so I know this isnt a common issue. Your Eyes claims it was due to faulty frames so would not help me. The frame company claimed "bullsh*t" because Your Eyes are the ones who didnt properly close the frames up after installing Your Eyes own lenses. After talking to other eyewear shops, this one is definitely a Your Eyes bad. Their only solution? Buy a whole new pair, lenses, frames and all. They didnt even offer to charge me for one lens. Boo.

I was in a bit of a pickle because I was on my last pair of contacts, my glasses broke, and my prescription just expired. I was so happy to find an eye doctor that could see me on short notice, plus they were open later which meant I could just pop in after work. My experience at Your Eyes was really great - it felt thorough and tests were explained to me so that I understood what was going on. One thing that surprised was Dr. Feiten took the time to help me find the right pair of frames for my face. She was very patient, wasnt pushy at all, and had great recommendations. You could tell she was very knowledgeable. The other awesome part of my experience was that my glasses were ready in 48 hours! Talk about a pleasant surprise and great service. I would definitely recommend.

The doctor Patricia was very friendly and the only good thing about this place. Their products are ridiculously overpriced. $90 for one box of contacts that I found online for $20. I assume this is because they are a VSP provider and figure they can jack up the price as they please. When I went in for my eye exam I wasnt sure if I wanted glasses or contacts. They told me they charge the fittings as separate, so I would have had to pay once to be fitted for contacts (which I did) and once for glasses (which I didnt). Considering just the frames start at ~$200, you would think that would include any costs associated with fitting the lenses. Feel free to get an exam, but recommend buying what you need elsewhere.

I had a concern regarding my eyes and I was referred to Dr. Feiten by another Optometrist who couldnt fit me in right away. Dr. Feiten scheduled me in on short notice understanding the concern. Dr. Feiten left no stones unturned giving me a thorough exam, explaining the process, keeping me informed throughout. I felt comfort and ease, feeling assured that I was in good hands in my gut from the get go. She answered all my questions with her expert knowledge, helping me feel fully informed and educated in what I was experiencing. Both Dr. Feiten and her staff were personable and professional. It was a great doctor experience for me who doesnt like doctor visits :)

These guys are so much better than other places! I called them today, and my insurance has changed since Iast went to see them. They got the numbers, and they are going to call the insurance places. For me. Theyll email me with questions. They were like this last time- super helpful, friendly, going out of their way to help. They are right near the Bon (sorry, Macys) so it is convenient if you transfer buses or work in downtown. Really great service.

Ive been seeing Dr. Feiten for years, and every visit Ive had has been a pleasant and efficient experience. I love how much detail she goes into describing all the various factors that affect the quality of your eyesight - the last time I was in we had a pleasant chat about how my recent travels to high elevation places can affect the eye on a physiological level. The staff is also friendly as could be. Couldnt recommend this place enough.

Best service ever. I called at 6PM and the doctor answered the phone herself, waited for me to check my insurance information and call again, and set up an appointment for the next morning. No wait time, a thorough examination, and the staff was helpful and cheerful as I fussed over picking a new frame. They saw me immediately for an adjustment, and then sent me a refund when insurance paid more than expected.

I always like to shop at local stores rather than chain stores because of the personalized service. Mike is outstanding in the customer service and personalizing the selection of eyeware. The care and the speed which I received my eyeglasses was outstanding. I RECOMMEND YOUR EYES FOR ANYONE THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR EYES AND AND WANTS THE BEST SERVICE IN SEATTLE.

Dr. Feiten is fabulous!! She is professional, patient and explains everything that you need to know. I would not trust my eyes to anybody else. I can not speak highly enough of Dr. Feiten; you will not be dissapointed with her excellent service. She and her staff really go above and beyond.
