There was a disrespectful older woman working on Saturday, June 10 at 1:15pm. When I called to notify her I would be coming in to pick up my glasses, she kept saying "what?" when I stated my name. When I arrived, I stated my name clearly, and she still said "what?" multiple times. Next, she treated my new glasses very poorly, using rough tissue paper not meant for lens. She didnt want to help, gave me my glasses and said "you look like you got this in control" and left me sitting alone without help adjusting my earpieces. She had a negative attitude and did not want to work with me. I suspect she does not like working with people of color (only person of color out of everyone in the store), and I felt hurt. She told coworker to take over. My friend was looking for a new optical place, but both of us were disrespected we will never come back. We will not refer anyone here because no one deserves to be treated poorly.

i noticed there were no reviews for this place yet and wondered why. i have been there a few times for frames and always ended up wondering why i just didnt go there first before shopping around all over the city! the store is relatively small but seems to have just about any kind of frame style one is looking for. the pricing is amazing and the people there are super helpful and nice without being clingy. (i swear, the employee manuals for some of the optical places order the staff to follow at the heels of the customers like an annoying dog even though you say you are just browsing for frames.) ...not so here, and that was also refreshing! two thumbs up for this cute store... from new loyal customer

!!!!!!!!! BEWARE...!!!!!!!!Put in an order for glasses for my son in April 2017 and still waiting on them as of late June 2017. Called a few times and they put blame on supplier. They have never called me once to tell me whats going on. Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

Zero hastle, quick shipping on new frames and contacts, and friendly staff. They even text instead of calling if you need that. They worked with me even without insurance. 10/10, would recommend.
