I have gone to Dr. Bruinsma for two years and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best prescription and the best fit for my contacts. I have a difficult astigmatism to work with and he spends extra time to make sure I am getting the right fit. Any time I have had an issue with a lens or need adjustments, he was more than happy to help and always takes the time to explain everything he is doing during the exam and explains his findings. Out of all of the optometrists I have seen, Dr. B is the best. The staff at Lenscrafters and at the doctors office are great and very friendly too!

I visited the store on June 3rd 2017 to do eye exam and buy a pair of glasses. There were three young lady employees and they treated us so bad. Very unkind and they were just busy chatting to each other not caring about customers. I felt like I interrupted their social activity at work place. Bad experience and that seemed a typical situation where no manager was on the place. So I used other shop in Federal Way. Thanks,

I never had an issue going here. Always a in and out but taken care of, really do appreciate the ladies there helping me find my ins. go figure it was not the ins card I had. Only problem I do have is they were going to call me back but they didnt so now I have to call back.
