Unfortunately, there are customers that take way too long. Some are not deciding on the frames until they are being called up. So in order to avoid that crowd, be sure to come in early or during the afternoon weekday hours to ensure you dont have to wait long. The selection is "decent" but its not the best. So if you are looking for a greater selection and name brand frames, go elsewhere. For what its worth, its better than the pricing of much eyeglasses stores because those stores are under a monopoly from a corporation in Italy. Only Costco and Walmart do not fall under it.

A sad fool checking receipt at this location around 3.30pm told my 6 year old daughter who handed him our receipt & asked him to draw her a happy face too told her "sorry i cant draw you a happy face right now because am too busy" with a mean straight face. How dare he say that to a happy child. I mean if you dont like your job why dont you quit it & let other happy people do the job you are so sad to work. Crazy guy! No eye contact no smile how awful toward a child who gave him a receipt...great location but my very first horrible experience with a child.

This location of Costco in particular, by far, has the rudest employees (with few exceptions) and worst customer service that I have ever seen. I try tk avoid going there at all cost.

I dont understand why Costco Optical would say they are open on Labor Day and they are CLOSED. Really? There are others arriving and leaving disappointed. How inconvenient!!!!!

The wait can be absurdly long or very short. I came in Wednesday at 6 pm. The employees are awesomely nice here :D
