Tried a new eye doctor for my new insurance policy and went in for an appointment everything was fine. Two weeks before my vacation I went in and was told my trial pair of contacts would arrive in about a week and to expect a follow up call. Vacation arrives and I still havent received a call. Called myself to check the status and they still havent arrived. Okay no big deal. Go throughout my international vacation to no phone call and no contacts. Three weeks and vacations over still no call. On the plane ride back after landing I call to hear theyve been there for almost a month now. They blamed me for not picking them up sooner. All in all great doctor Horrible secretaries

My apt was at 1030 didnt get seen till 11 then when it was done I get charged an extra $85 for a glaucoma test that I wasnt aware of the extra cost and Dr Chung apparently told the front desk I was. I already knew about the glaucoma so why would I want more testing on it? Never again will I go back so much cheaper just going to Costco and thats not using insurance there!

Never a long wait to see the Dr. They had sample prescription contacts on the premises for trial. We even had to change brands during trial period, no problem no extra charge. The two secretaries/receptionist were outstanding! The other helpers could use a little more help with customer service (Thus my reason for only 4 stars) I would recommend this place!

When making an appointment for my youngest daughter to see an eye doctor, only one doctor came to mind. I remember being here years ago for myself and oldest daughter and had excellent, thorough service from both the doctor and receptionist.
