If I could give this store 10 stars I would; the store itself is incredibly well designed and roomy, and its easy to find exactly what you need; theres also plenty of space between the cat and dog areas, so if youve got one but not the other, it minimizes any drama! The people here are also incredibly helpful, nice, AND very knowledgable. They take the time to listen to your needs and find the best product for your pet AND your budget - which is not always the case with smaller locally-owned stores. The woman who helped us find food for our cat whos transitioning to our new home not only helped us find a good dry food that wasnt too expensive, she also gave us some free samples of some wet foods so we can transition Mittens to a higher quality food and find out what she prefers. Even if prices were a bit higher, Id still shop here - the icing on the cake, however, is that the prices are just as good as the disgusting big-box pet shops - and in most cases, the same as the giant online behemoth. Ill be back for all my petcare needs - and Im sending everyone I know!

When I adopted my chihuahua from the Humane Society, he came with a little packet of things, including coupons, and one of them was from Mud Bay. So I went in there and I told them about my chihuahua, how big he was and all that stuff, and that I wasnt really sure what kind of food he preferred. They gave me maybe 10 little sample packets for free. They said, "Go home and try these, and when you figure out what he likes, then come back." So I did. And I went back there four times in the first two weeks, and every single one of their staff members was helpful. You can tell they really want to help with your pet. They want you to come in and they want you to stay and be comfortable. And they want to make sure that you get what you really need. They have two dogs that the owners who work there bring in. They encourage people to bring their pets in just for socialization purposes, which I think my little doggie probably needs. So theyre helpful in a lot of ways. Theyre a little expensive, though, but I guess its worth it.

I shop here exclusively for my pets needs due to the friendliness, knowledge, helpfulness and quick ability of the staff to ensure all customers are being helped. They remember me, and my dog, make helpful suggestions and have an impecibley clean store. They are eco-friendly, have a great selection of natural products and treats, but most importantly, they extend the most hassle free return policy Ive ever experienced. I have never had a negative experience here. My only *wish* would be that they had non-organic flea treatments and pet meds as well as a line of dog toys for aggressive chewers. (My dog has destroyed every toy Ive purchased within an hour of getting home. Again, they graciously refund/exchange and make alternate suggestions). They are a little pricier than comprable stores, but their customer service and store cleanliness make it worth the couple extra dollars hands, (or paws), down. Cant say enough positive about this MudBay location. ❤

I have always had a great experience with all the Mud Bay locations and this one particularly. I go here because of the knowledgeable, friendly staff. You dont get that at the big box stores. They have most everything you could need and if they dont they will order it and text you when its in. Lastly the food choices here are going to be much healthier for your dog than some of the junk they sell at the larger stores. Just ask anyone for advice or usually you will be asked if you need help. I cant say enough about the people who work here. They truly care about animals and the customer.

My husband and I are frequent guests at this location. We are always greeted with a genuinely friendly atmosphere and smile. The employees are also a great asset as they heavily assist with product choices by sharing the knowledge they have. We have been attempting to get our blue heeler puppy to eat on a schedule, but she is very stubborn and picky. Great news though... Mud Bay accepts all returns, gives you a refund or in-store credit, and donates the items to local shelters. Overall, best pet store we have ever been to.

Their focus is on good quality food at good prices. Dont be fooled by the boutique look, their prices are competencies. It was the friendliness and amazing knowledge the staff have for why I love MudBay. And, ultimate lead me to working for them for a period of time. Theyre good people with a good culture and honestly care about your pets.

Super friendly staff, but, pet owners in MC make you laugh a little and then just move along. not the nicest species. Treat/food selection is great, tends to be on the pricier side, but location makes up for that.

Mud Bay is amazing! My puppy loves the Paw Lickin Chicken and the Wonder Walker harness is a God send. Logan helped me find everything that I needed and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you, Mud Bay!

Great store with a wide variety of food, treats in bulk, pet accessories and toys. The staff is both knowledgable and nice. Only reason to drop a star is that the prices are a tad high. Otherwise a great store.
