I decided to take my dog to Petco in Issaquah and I really wish I hadnt! First off the woman was extremely rude when I came to pick him up. She said he wasnt ready and to come back in 20 minutes (after he had already been there 4 hours) I came back and he saw me through the window while she was trimming him and he got excited, when I walked in she grabbed him by the face covering his eyes and said "he will take a lot longer if he sees you and is moving around". At this point I should have just taken him right then and said- hes done. But I allowed her to finish- I went into the store part and could see through the window- I did NOT like the way she was handling my dog. She finished right then, which happened to be 45 minutes after he was supposed to be done and brought him to say he was done. She had not cut the hair around his face like I had asked, she did not pull the hair in his ears like I had asked and did not trim the fur around the pads of his paws. I pretty much paid over $50 for her just to trim his body. He only weighs 14 pounds so that was not a big task and he really does sit there very well. I should have talked to the manager but I really just wanted out of there. I will never go there again. I would rather drive the 45 minutes to where I used to live to go to the groomer there.

Be aware that if you buy insects from here, they have carpet beetles. They will infest your entire house and get into all of your uncanned food, as well as eating your clothes and nesting in every nook and cranny. I purchased superworms from here and they were practically SWIMMING in carpet beetle larva. Frankly, it was gross. Also, the count was half of what it was supposed to be. That said, this location isnt bad for other things. The staff seems very nice and knowledgable and treated us well.

Wow, it has been a long time since I have been treated so rudely. Awful Awful ...Stay away unless you want some arrogant nerdy girl in your face telling you how smart she is and prequalifying you for the privilege of purchasing aquarium stock from them. Argumentative even after she was told we are adept regarding aquariums and fish keeping and that our tanks are healthy & established. Shameful treatment of my wife & me...Worst customer service ever!!!

Made an appointment for my dog for a hair. Was running late and gave them a call explain what happened. Not all dogs love car rides. They absolutely refused to see me and wanted me to reschedule. Well I did with petsmart WILL not be back. The staff was rude in setting the appointment and rude when I tried to explain what happened.

Went in looking for supplies and knowledge on my new pet salamander. The staff member named Chase was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. Answered every question we had and pointed us in the right direction on how to raise a happy salamander. 5 star customer service.

I went there to get some fish , there was only one guy could help, but he was chatting with the a customer for hours , the cashier called few times , but he was continuing chatting, finally I have to leave . Obviously no service at all .

Decent store with vast supplies. Never had a bad experience here with customer service. The only complaint I have is that they mark their prices up about 30% from other local pet stores. Some what limited supply.

Leash broke after 3 weeks of use. Brought it back to the store with original box and receipt for return. The sales person was super helpful in finding me a replacement and alternatives. Great customer service!!

The Petco part is pretty average. Its a good place to go if you just need to pick up some small supplies. What makes this store amazing is the cat shelter (PurrFect Pals) thats inside!

They have pet-a-kitty day on Saturday. If you are allergic and have kids who love cats this is a compromise
