12/21/12 I had recently called to make my dog a grooming appointment, and the salon manager Kat had first made it difficult to schedule anything and later in the conversation said that my pet had bit the groomer on the arm last time, but when I had picked him up the lady said he did great. I was shocked he has never bit anyone or come close to it. She gave me the dates of his last appointment and I looked it up on my bank statement and he hadnt gone the day she said or even that month. So I called back to let her know I was upset that no one would even inform me about my pet acting out like that, and it was either the wrong pet or appointment she was looking up. I told her we wouldnt be back anymore and she tells me that my pet is to dangerous for her to groom. In the five years going to petsmart we have never been treated like an inconvenience and have someone talk about my pet being dangerous. Its just disappointing that companies dont put customer service as a priority.

The PetSmart Hotel / Day Camp in Bellevue, WA is fantastic! I take my dog to day camp several times a week. The staff is friendly and kind to me and my dog and I always feel comfortable leaving her. I should have written a review months ago stating as much, but today they went above and beyond so can no longer put it off! Today, there was a miscommunication between the vet clinic and day camp and my dog spent most of the afternoon in the vet clinic rather than in camp. To correct the mistake, the Pet Hotels team paid my entire vet bill and did not charge me for camp. Its rare these days to find a company (or at least individuals at a company) that truly value customer loyalty and are so willing to right a wrong -- and in such a generous way! Thanks so much to Ashley and her team at the Pet Hotel in Bellevue for making Petsmart great! I really appreciate it.

We normally go to the grooming at Woodinville and are very happy. We went to this one for the first time and found it to be a different experience. They seem to be all about the up sale, pushing additional products and service. One up sale followed by a no is acceptable but when youve already said no and they keep trying it is not professional. In addition we expected to have students work with our dogs, because that is what they told us when we made an 8 am appt, however when we went to pay they told us that no students were available and no discount was given. Lastly the dog harness on one of the dogs was placed on backwards and twisted. We wont return to the Bellevue location.

I felt compelled to write this review because I rarely experience such excellent customer service. I just moved to the Seattle area from Houston, TX and stopped by to pick up a crate for my dog. Kayla was very friendly and helpful in pointing me in the right direction. She even played with my dog, gave excellent product advice, and carried my products to my car! She helped give a great start to my move! Thanks PetSmart!

The store is clean. The employees are attentive. The groomers are speedy. My dogs were noticibly happier attending the boarding at this PetSmart than any other PetSmart in town. Thats a high praise, I think! The biggest downfall of this PetSmart is the parking lot. I swear these are the tiniest parking spaces in Bellevue. Be patient and be aware of parking signs! The security guy is always on the prowl.

A butcher ruined my miniature schnauzers hair, shaved her face including eye lashes, beard, and hair on her ears. We specifically asked the "groomer/butcher" to leave her ears alone, because we were going for the pom-pom hair style. Unacceptable... she transitioned from a mini schnauzer to an abandoned dog needing a bath. Avoid the PetSmart on Southpark Meadows, Austin, Texas.

I have a10 year old Wheaten who is very gentle.He is groomed every few months so is very used to the process. I dropped him off and was told he had no mattes in his fur. When I picked him up, he was completely shaved with a pink Mohawk. What were they thinking? He was upset for a week afterwards and I was pissed. Within a day, he had two ear infections. Stay away!

Boarded our dog there and they kept pushing a grooming on us. After I found out that it was $60 to clean up his fuzziness, I said no. Picked our dog up and was told he had been groomed and they wanted me to pay! It wasnt until I asked for the manager that they waived the fee. Front desk girl was an idiot. Dog is afraid of clippers now. Thanks Petsmart.

Neighborhood PetSmart with very friendly service. Grooming department is super fast with simple items such as nail trims. Daycare staff pays close attention to dogs and plays with them regularly. Onsite Banfield Pet Hospital. Great overall. The only downside is the parking lot which is always overcrowded and filled with cars improperly parked.

Just came back from the brand new Petsmart after getting my puppy Zoe groomed. She looks great and the groomer seemed to be genuinely interested in her job. I think her name is Tracy. Only complaint is the rates. Maybe Petsmart corporate will lower the prices in these economic times, as her grooming cost more than my hair cuts.

They dont let the dogs out for bathroom breaks. My dog peed on the floor, the minute I picked him up and it was a huge pool. The girl said he was let out in the morning, but it definitely looked like he had not gone out for 10-12 hrs. Wont go there again. Hated the service.

I booked a grooming appointment online and they called less than two hours before it started and canceled on me. "The online scheduling doesnt always reflect our actual availability." Very unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

The staff at this PetSmart were friendly and helpful. The store is clean, well kept and stocked better than other stores in the area..The parking lot is is a mess. It is poorly laid out and full of erratic drivers.
