Wow! Way to go! Amazing! I have never in my life ever been to a store so friendly and helpful. The staff there was so knowledgeable. When I walked in I was immediately greeted with a little thank you envelope with something I would have never expected a hand written thank you note. I spoke with the lady working the counter I think her name was madeleine, about how my dog is allergic to chicken and grain and she was so sweet to give me a few samples of the dehydrated food I started to look at, in different brands and types of meat. My dog was so happy to get not only something delicious but something he loved to eat and not knowing it was really good for him. While walking out the young lady stopped me and sent me with a few little dehydrated treats to go with the food. I love this store and will definitely be going back just for the service. Not to mention I have a little wiggle butt that hasnt stopped going since I got home. teven and gizmo.

I love this store. This one has been especially helpful with finding the right food for my dog and cat who are very picky eaters. Jacob is great, and is the resident food specialist; Everyone Ive encountered there has been very friendly and well informed.

Incredibly friendly staff, and all of the treats, food, and toys you could think of for your little furry friends. Lots of higher end items that you probably wouldnt find at the grocery store or generic chain pet store.
