This is more for the Grooming part of the store. Very unhappy with Katherine A. I made an appointment for my dog to get a bath and I didnt realize that the wait was going to be so long.... she told me we ask everyone to wait for 2 hours to pick up their pets. My mistake is I assume that I make an appointment at a certain time it is for that time. So when she told me to come back in about 2 hours I said no. I love my pet too much to have him locked up in a cell just to wait for me because someone doesnt care if someone pet is locked up. If this is the way they operate, then I will bathe my own pet even though I cant do that good of a job because of my disability.

Honestly I dont mind Petco at all..but, I was in search of a flea spray..they were out of stock and they sell it for 24.99, Amazon sells it for 9.99. Check with petclub first. They had it for 11.49 not as cheap as Amazon but less by far than Petco

For the grooming department, really bad customer service & the wait is very long! Rude and when I tried to bring my dog in for a bath they said they were all booked and busy but I didnt see any dogs in the kennels...

Place has a decent supply of products, and the staff is fairly knowledgeable. Problem is tracking down an associate, seems like there always understaffed. Ive never left without what I was looking for, though.

Got some calming spay for my cat but normally dont come here because their cat section sucks. Purrfect Cat rescue was there since it was a Friday night so I got to pet some kittens which was kinda nice.

Good service.This is my first time coming to this store and I liked the help. My dog hasnt been eating and they suggested this soft food my dog can try and if she doesnt like it, I can return it.

A smaller store but they still had a wide selection. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you need to pick up some quick supplies for your dog or cat then this is the place to go!

Place is usually empty. Staff is knowledgeable though sometimes a little unfriendly. Prices are normally higher here than at other places, but they have a wider selection.

The mens bathroom was horrible to the point a portal potty would of been more pleasant!!! Im not the type to write a review but this was one I had to write about!!!

Employees dont speak English. Can NOT get any help and cashiers are pretty rude especially the elderly ones.
