The staff is great, although what I keep hearing on Yelp is that the grooming service is horrible. I like the bath station there and they have tons of great selections of supplies and animals. It looks like no animal abusing happens here. They even have stuff for ferrets and hedgehogs and those two animals are illegal in this state! Overall, great place to shop for your pet! Very helpful and knowledgeable employees too! Cheap products also! :)

This is where I mainly shop for my pet supplies. Its not as big and doesnt carry the most but its close, they are friendly, helpful, your pets are always welcome, they have a few Kittys up for adoption at all times and a bigger adoption (once a month)? You need to ask about that. they have a pet wash (do it yourself) and they carry everything I need, its not a super store but carries a lot. Worth the visit if your nearby to ck it out.

I like going to this store since all the employees are always so friendly and helpful, I also like that they have a little bit of everything for dogs in this store. I also absolutely love that they have cats for adoption set up there I would defiantly adopt if I had a place that allowed none service animals

very helpful staff always seems to have what I need. I love their indoor dog washing facility in the back. for $10, you can spend as much time as needed with fido until you are both sopping wet.

Great selection and variety of products and a 10 dollar dog wash with everything included. The employees were friendly and helpful and gave me directions on how to operate the dog wash station.

My parent called and asked if they have any robo hamsters (female) and they said yes. So we drove there (a very long drive) and when we came there, there WERE NO HAMSTERS

You need questions answered about your pet, this is the place to go. Friendly employees and reasonable prices. Plenty of parking too.
