Called a week ahead to schedule an appointment for grooming, they opened the previous weeks schedule and put me in for the thursday *before* I made the call, then marked the appointment as missed. Couldnt find who I was when I called to confirm the appointment on the thursday *after* I called and then put me on hold for over 8 minutes while they tried to figure it out. No apology, just asked if I wanted to reschedule. Dont bother.

Calling to make an appointment for dog grooming, had me on hold for 6 minutes and they disconnected my call, I tried this 3 times and the same thing happened over and over. 4th time I called they told me the grooming service is closed and to call back the next day. They had 18 minutes to set up an appointment when the grooming station was open and I was not helped at all. Terrible service.

Service is hit or miss. Fish & aquarium section seems very poorly managed; a lot of dead fish left in tanks. Not a good way to inspire confidence in their products or quality. Come on, guys - do you even give a care?

Have only been once, but the store is clean and organized and the staff is super friendly. Im loyal to petco for grooming needs, and this one does not disappoint.

Come here mostly for new toys for my dog. They have a good selection but not very many knowledgeable staff members in each area.

Staff is just okay. They do have good parking so its easy to run in and grab something that you need for your pet.
