was there a few months ago and had difficulty finding the right no bark collar for my Doberman...the manager was above and beyond in customer service. He went the extra mile in explaining what the dog really needed and spent time tracking down the information on the collar I had bought and was not happy with and refunded the payment. Best pet store I have ever been in because of the outstanding customer service

Just as good as other PerSmarts. More pricey than if you shopped online, but its convenient to be able to buy in store. I use the groomer and they are always wonderful. My dog is very comfortable around all of them. I only get her nails done there so I cant comment on hair cuts.

They took a dog day care reservation and when I showed up, was told they were full!! Apparently the call Center made the reservation and did not verify with the store. And the store didnt have time to call me that they were full. Very unhelpful staff in the store too !!!

We came to buy an aquarium. We got a recommendation to get to fish in an aquarium with a seperator. the fish kept passing through and one killed the other.
