I take my girl Tia to petco to get her nails done every month. My husband and I adopted Tia a little over two years ago and she came with alot of baggage. She was abused as a puppy and even shot in the head with a pellet gun and still has a pellet lodged in her head. She has a fear of clinical settings and umfermilar places. When I first took her in I met a stylist by the name of Cassie I told her Tia is a little shy and scared and her response was "No problem" She talked with my girl and got her all calm and she did her nails. My Tia is like my child and Cassie took the time to know my girl and hear her story. I would like to thank Cassie for being so loving to my girl. I go to Petco for all my pets needs because of Miss Cassie. Thank You Cassie for caring for my girl and her needs.

I called today to see what brand of dog food they carry and the lady who I spoke to kept cutting me off, speaking to her coworker, and simply not acknowledging anything I was saying. Very unprofessional. However, I dont think this store is horrible. They are really friend and nice when you go in. Just had a bad experience today over the phone!

Took my maltese to get his monthly spa groom and nail clip and they shaved ALL his hair.he wont need a haircut for a while.. I was beyond pissssssed:; girl even suggested bear cut face ! No! big mistake now I have to wait till Tuesday to talk to SM?! Never going back again!!
