I went in yesterday in search of an aquarium for my fish who had outgrown his current one. The staff was super patient, helpful and kind. Being physically disabled things can take me a little longer and the man working went so far as to help us grab boxes and look up prices online to help us get the best deal, as "in store" can be a little pricey. And as a beta lover, Id like to remark their beta fish are well kempt and in more sizeable cups than other places Ive seen. Overall pretty accessible and very kind staff. Definitely would return!

They have a nice variety of fish and aquatic plants, but their up keep is extremely poor. Staff members are not very knowledgeable of most fish and plants and equipment. I notice that most of their fish are usually "under observation" which you can clearly see that the fish are infected with parasites. Signs like that should not be overlooked as I learned from experience when I bought some aquatic plants from them and infected my tank with fluke worm. The place may look like its well kept but their live animals are not well kept.

I frequent this store for my pets and I find the staff to be very helpful. I have a dog, cat, a pond and an aquarium and most of my needs can be met with at this store. The store is in serious need of a remodel but the staff make up for the shabby surroundings. They are always available and able to answer most questions I have. I usually ask for the manager Jeff, he is very knowledgeable and willing to help. It is nice to have a store to count on when it comes to my furry and finned family members.

DONT BUY FISH FROM HERE. If you look close enough theyll be sick, if they look healthy then look closer. Every single time I have gotten a fish from there they get ich. Easy to treat? Not always! Youll be spending more than you thought for meds. Plus many have internal parasites. Feeder fish will also kill your "beast fish" and give it parasites etc. PLEASE DONT BUY FISH FROM THERE!!! Try petsmart by Old Navy or Pet Works behind Kmart.

Never bought food at Petco before, but when I asked about my dogs food brand, the clerk scorned me and said I should go to a feed store. The checker did carry the bag to my car, bit next time I may go to the feed store first.

Always clean and organized, worst I could critique is that they dont always have everything fully stocked. I definitely love going here and my dog has never disliked any of her toys from here!

This facility allows pets inside, very clean, well stocked and a wide varied selection. The customer service was A+ and knowledgeable. I very much enjoy and recommend this location!

Nothing special here. Staff is hit or miss and mostly seem like they dont want to be there. Selection and prices are about what youd expect.
