Amazing store, love the grooming salon. Except for one groomer. Had never had problems and my dog will came back happy and with amazing reviews, except for April, really rude since we got there, even my friend that came along left the room because she didnt like her attitude, complained about my dogsituation behavior and suggest to give him calming substances when he love going to be groom, and even I do it at home. She complained about doing his hair, when he always get the same haircut. Gave him a bad coment and didnt gave us the cupons that always come with the card. Love steph she is amazing and gentle, patient and attentive both to the pet and the owner. I usually dont choose who will groom my dog he is fine with anyone, but after her Im going to avoid her or just stick with steph

I like the store. You can find some pretty cool things on clearance for cheap and you can sign up for coupons. Cashiers are always nice. Ive used the grooming service many times for nail grinding services. Its hit and miss. Some days Id feel like they didnt even hardly trim them besides to make the grind marks on the nail. There was one or two people I really liked that worked there and did a great job, but I hadnt seen them so I quit going here.

Dropped my cat off this morning with its carrier and a collar on. My bf picks him up and hes got no collar and didnt get the carrier back. Call the place and the lady argued that he never had a collar on, then after she checks lets me know they have both. No apology or anything. Super stoked to drive across town again. My cat looks and feels great though so grooming service is 5 stars customer service is 1.

I had a bad customer service. They need to train their Associates better. It was my first time seeing this girl catching fish with her hands as she sweep it out. I know that its against the store law for workers to not used hand after scooping the fish out. After that she drop the fish as she pick it back up and put it in my fish bag. If you were to buy fish there ask someone with better experiments.

Rude over the phone when trying to book an appointment. Not willing to work with you on times the lady over the phone said I had to drop off at 7 am for any appointment during the week. I asked if I could make the drop off after I drop off my kids at school by 830. Nope! Drop off is at 7am. good luck booking an appointment to those of you who have kids in school or work during the week.

I love this new PetSmart down the street from my house. I noticed tonight I was out of dog food and needed to get some at 8:50 PM, I googled PetSmart hours and they were open till 9. I rushed over, got there at 8:57 PM and the door was still open! Took me 30 seconds to grab the food and I was out. Thanks for not closing early on a Tuesday when no one was there!

We adopted our puppies at pet smart. They are not breeding and selling animals for profits. They help animals to be adopted by new family. They have events for pets sometimes. We went to Halloween event with our puppies and we got dog treats! It is a great place to shop products for pets and a fun place to bring your pets while you shop.

Very scary place to leave a dog out. They were pretty good three years ago but something changed and there are way more animals. Its a madhouse. Takes to long, doesnt feel safe to me or my dog and the work is ok. Pricing went up too. We use a smaller, quieter groomer now who is skilled and pretty quick.

I always come here when shopping for my rats and bunny, everyone is so nice and helpful if you have questions about anything and I love how many Oxbow products they carry here. Oxbow is one of the highest quality brands for small animals so it makes shopping a lot easier when I find trusted brands

My first experience with them was mediocre but I gave them another shot with a different groomer and I was very happy with the results. My dog loved them and he looks great. I recommend sallie to anyone looking for a kind and great grooming for your pet.

This place is like a ghost town. Every time I go here it seems like there are no employees and the ones they do have are rude and far from helpful. Never once have I been offered help and when asking for help was refused it. Terrible place.

The people that work there are very helpful and give good information. The store is always clean. Its a plus that I can bring my animal into the store. I like tgat there are animal waste bags outside and a trash can.

I drove across town to buy dog food after listening to the recorded message at the store which stated that the store was open from 9 AM to 9 PM on Saturday. I arrived at 8:50 to find the store closed.
