My wife and I paid upfront for training classes for 2 dogs. The trainer quit after one session. We were not notified until 15 minutes before class. I literally had my dog in the carrier when I was told. I was told that a refund was not possible, because the class werent being canceled, just rescheduled. This was 2 months ago, I know that classes have resumed, and no one has contacted me. When my wife and I have called the store, they have blown us off and said that someone would call us. So long story short: they have collected over $600 from us for services theyve never rendered. I will happily change this rating if and when PetSmart addresses my problem.

I was told by a close friend that your store was having a puppy sale out front of your store. It was over 100 degrees out with puppies on the hot asfault with a tiny canopy that didnt block the sun. The woman working there was made aware of this horribly cruel situation. Her responce was that they had water. I would think the water was hot also and will make them sick. If this is seen again, my 700 friends and family will be boycotting pet smart. And will also spread the word on how animals are treated at your stores across the country. I am sickened by the lack of concern of Pet smart managers. You already lost this customer in NJ.

Sadly I never got to use the great grooms all the good reviews talk about. Thanks to the manager, PetSmart lost a customer. We had an appointment for our dog at 7:30 but was told the manager opens at 7. We got there 5 after with employees waiting outside along with another customer. The manager was woken up by one of the employees at 7:10. I did not have time to wait for them to get to work so I had to take my dog back home, so I could be to work on time.

By far the worse grooming place ever! I brought my dog in to get his nails clipped 30 minutes before closing & they had already cleaned up the place & said they couldnt clip his nails because it usually takes 30 minutes and they had already cleaned. They should be doing their job instead of cleaning 30 minutes before they close to just stand around telling people no.

Was really unhappy with the grooming! Payed extra for the nails to be grinned and it didnt get done and the excuse is he was wiggling now I am a dog groomer but am pregnant and I cant do it anymore but thats the last time I ever take my dog there! And the tail was not brushed out like I had asked for it to be done

The grooming people there are VERY RUDE I will never bring my pet there!! Who ever is the boss needs to talk to their employees about how to talk to people and not being RUDE! I will never step foot or Bring my dogs there ever! Thank god PETCO IS ALOT nicer then u guys!! Very unprofessional place!!

Definitely enjoyed that the staff knows what they are talking about. The young lady made sure that I had everything that I needed before leaving to help another customer. Also had great deals going on. Will DEFINITELY be back for more of my pets household needs. Ty Pet Smart.

Supplies for your pets and also have pets (cats & dogs) you can adopt. Fish, birds guinea pigs, hamsters, bearded dragons, snakes, frogs, and many more small pets you can buy as well as all the supplies you need to take home with them.

I have always had good luck with friendly staff. The groomers also have been very friendly, and my beagle and labradausch have not minded going, which is the final vote :-).
