This has to be the most unorganized Staples Ive ever seen. I went there looking for planner accessories after I searched online and it showed they had it in stock. When I get there its not there. I asked an employee where could I find it and showed him that online it says in stock. He tells me my best bet would be to order it online without even attempting to look for it in the store. I ended up leaving and decided to order my stuff online for 1hr pickup at the store. Well the order goes through and they charge me for it. So I wait for the pickup email and after an hour I get nothing. So I go online to my account and see that the order was cancelled. No email or call letting me know. So I call the store and ask why it was cancelled and they tell me "probably because we dont have the items." Now I have to wait for them to refund the money to me. I ended up going about 20 minutes up the road to Leesburg Staples and they had everything I wanted and was extremely organized. This Staples needs to do better.

This is a fine place to shop. Im in and out of there all the time for printer ink, paper, etc. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

This is a great staples and always well stocked. The staff is amazing. The copy center staff always takes care of me with rush orders.
