I cannot say enough good things about Richmond Camera at Carytown. They give some of the best customer service i have seen in any business, not just photography. They are very knowledgeable, personable, and want everything to be right. Everyone that works there is wonderful. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my photography needs.

I visited Richmond Camera today because the film rewind knob on my camera broke. I believe Chuck is the name of the guy who helped me. He was super kind and fixed it in no time, and my film was not ruined! He looked at a couple other parts and was very helpful.

The staff is FANTASTIC!!! What they DONT have they can GET!!! They are my professional GO-TO guys, and I use them every chance I get!!! I buy most of my stuff from them, and if I problem, I call, or drop by. I just wish they had locations in the Tri-Cities...
