I spent over 25 minutes in the store to try and print a document. Since only 1 employee was in the print service area, I patiently waited while he was helping another customer. The self serve station proved to be useless since the system wouldnt load. All it kept saying was "Please wait...". After trying that 3 times, I went and waited in line hoping the staff would be helpful, but no such luck. He didnt even acknowlege or give any sort of indication that he would help me. I specifically went to the store thinking the self serve station would take no more than couple of minutes., but of course that wasnt the case. I was pretty frustrated and called another store about their printing service. Since staples is slightly closer, I never thought about going to the other store located at Greenbriar location. At the other store, I was able to print my document without any hassle. Sure I had to wait in line, but at least I was acknowledged when standing in line. Never coming back to Staples again.

Had a warranty issue with a chair - spoke to the assistant manager, Jennifer, who proceeded to argue with me over the 5 year warranty on a Staples brand chair - I told her I didnt have the receipt but the chair is stamped with a manufacturing date from 1.5 years ago. We went round and round, then she proceeds to ask if it was HER store it was bought from (trying to pawn me off?), I confirm yes, and then she says that I would have to call an 800 number anyway. Horrible customer service from a member of management - the floor personnel were more helpful.

Three times we have been to this store for the same thing, to print labels. Three times, the individuals in the print and copy counter were rude, unhelpful, and impatient. It is such a shame that staples isnt capable of hiring individuals who have even the slightest semblance of customer service (or basic knowledge on the products that they sell). I would LOVE to give this place an opportunity to repair my view of it, but in the meantime an entire brand has lost a family of customers.

Natasha went out of her way to meet the needs of my printing requests. The wide format printer was not working perfectly and needed adjusting within adobe acrobat and the printer drivers. After several attempts our very odd document was mastered by her determination to meet the unusual size and print request. My management team was happy to have the final result for their major review. Thanks Natasha and good luck!

What can you say about Staples? They have pretty much any type of office supply you could need. We went to this particular Staples looking for some of those circular price stickers for a yard sale. Not only did the employee we spoke with understand what I was asking about, he walked us right over to the area they were at.

Went in to print a few documents, the woman working there was rude and not helpful. No one in the store would take 30 seconds to print the documents for me (didnt want to print on my own because I didnt have a debit card with me). The woman, however, said I could wait 3-4 hours for them. Unacceptable. I will not be back.

Copy & Print Center guy told me he was too busy to scan my one page doc, the general manager Baran stepped in & did it for me. Thank you very much. I always come to this place from Centreville because people like her.

I went to this store and told them my coumpter needs fixing they said yes then like they said it would be done in 2 days then they told us that 1 more day then i took 3 days then i just took it back 1 star
