I should have known when the woman who answered the phone was extremely brusque and unprofessional that this was not the kind of place that I wanted to deal with. They are rude, clueless, and insulting. Since "everyones a manager" at this place there is no recourse when the person youre talking to is a complete idiot. I ordered a part (that was in stock) from them to be shipped to my mechanic and a week and a half later it still had not arrived. I called to check on the status and the woman did not seem to have any clue what I was asking her, although she remembered me and shipping my part. Since they threw away the receipt (naturally) they have no way of tracking the package. After implying that my mechanic was lying to me and that maybe I had gotten it but was just pretending not to have received it they are demanding that I drive to Virginia and pick it up in person, because they wont ship it again. I asked to speak to the business owner but the lovely piece of work that I was dealing with said that he wont call me back today, and if he calls me back tomorrow Im lucky. I will never, ever do business with these people again for any reason. I would rather order the parts from Italy and wait a month and actually get the part than go through this hassle again.

These people are a scam, they do not treat customers fairly. I was just charged for a flat tire on my vespa 150s, $150 some dollars. When I challenged the guy in charge there, his answer was" I was not here when they wrote the bill"The guy is in charge for crying out loud. He was there to take my money. The tire was new (1000 miles on it) It had a nail in it but no damage to the tire. All he said iwas "we recommend " to change the tire when you have a flat but never took the courtesy to let me know or even call if it was ok. When I asked him why he asked me to leave his office. What a joke

Went in twice to try to buy a VESPA and with the chaos of the joint dealership housing a BUDGET rental truck business, I could not even get anyone to wait on me. The two people working were arguing with customers returning trucks about the miles, gas tank being filled, fine print in the contract, etc. Exceptionally poor customer service and attitude. I left without being able to talk to anyone after 30 minutes.

Very refreshing to be treated like a human being when visiting a high end exotic italian motorcycle dealership. The entire crew at la moto are uber friendly, especially the sales and service crew. They kept me informed as to the status of my repairs unlike any other vehicle dealer ive dealt with. Would highly recommend la moto for anything piaggio based!

The selection was good, the staff were very personable and helpful! I was concerned when I read the previous reviews, but I can say that I had a positively peachy interaction. AND I dig my new scooter.

Love the Piaggio scooters. If and when I buy a Scooter it will be a Piaggio, not a Chinese import. All around Vespa ($$$$) and Piaggio ($$) are the best. Parking is difficult here though.

They are kind of so-so nice, wont let you try the scooters, etc, but in the end, good guys with decent prices.
