So on 02/27/2016 i was out riding around and shopping for an atv. I was not expecting to buy an atv on that specific day. I then found myself at Heyser Cycle and was lookig at the atvs they had there for sale. Upon entering Heyser Cycle I was greatfully greeted by John Spitzer and we started to talk about an atv that was sitting right in front of his desk, which was a 2016 kawasaki brute force 750i eps. He was very knowledgeable about this atv. The one that was sitting there was white and i really didnt want a white atv. i asked if they had any black ones availabe and sure enough they had a brand new black one right out back. John took me out back to check it out an i instantly fell in love with this atv. So John went to his manager Will and we began talking numbers. I ended up buying this atv and with both John and Wills expertice they were able to answer every single question i asked. They were very polite and respectful and did not have to push this sale on me like a salesperson would at a car dealership. I had looked at there website a few days prior and noticed they had a sale going on were if you bought an atv they would give you a free winch and plow set up and when i asked them about it, they greatly honored that. I ended up getting a really great deal on this entire package and would definitely reccomend Heyser Cycle to anyone that is looking to buy an atv or any other kind of bike!!!! I guarantee you that once you go in there you will feel like your at home! They try there best to make every customer feel welcome. I felt like i knew these guys for a long time and could ask them anything without getting an obscure answer. If you or anybody you know is in the market for a new atv i would highly suggest you check out Heyser Cycle and tell them that Andrew sent you in. If they dont quite remember who i am just show Will or John this review. Thank you to everyone that reads this long review and Thanks to EVERYONE at Heyser Cycle for making a new loyal customer. You guys are the BEST!!!!

Although I live in Houston Texas I decided to purchase my Suzuki V-Strom 1000 Adventure from Heyser Cycles for three main reasons. 1. They gave me a GREAT price. My dealer in Houston wasnt interested in dropping his price at all even though he had three bikes sitting there for a year (and they were still there 6 months later). 2. The sales team, Frank and Will were very pleasant and genuine to deal with. Great guys! They continue to help me with any questions or issues I might have even though I live so far away. Recently I discovered that Suzuki will replace an item Im not happy with due to a paint issue. Unfortunately my warranty has just run out when I found out they would replace it. But as this issue occurred not long after I purchased the bike Will is helping me to convince Suzuki to replace the part anyway. Considering I live so far away you really cant beat service like that. Finally No.3. I got to run the bike in driving for two days on some great roads in Pennsylvania then the best part was I parked it at home in Houston with just over 2500 miles on the clock 10 days after buying it. An extra bonus was Jen in the parts dept and a guy whose name I cant remember. My brother and I both ended up buying Bell Modular helmets for a really good price. Better than anything I could find on the Internet. Plus I got a Givi Tail Bag at a very good price that Jen discounted further when Frank told her I had just bought my V-Strom. How good is that? Would I go back to Heyser Cycles to buy another bike? Hell yeah I would. And not just because of the great ride back to Maryland! 8-20-2016 Follow up to the above: Just spoke to the Service Manager, Ken Haley at Polaris West in Katy. This is my local dealer here in Texas. Suzuki have agreed to replace my rear rack as the paint had worn off. Thanks to Will and Frank at Heysercycle for helping me to resolve this issue. Great support guys!

They have a good selection, however, Ive had really bad service with them. My first experience with them was when I bought my motorcycle (used) from a friend. I had to get it inspected, and they said it needed a new tire and a new rear brake light switch. Brake switch ($10 part) they were going to charge $120 to do, for literally a 5 minute fix (I did it myself), and the tire, they were going to charge over double, just for the tire, of what it retails locally elsewhere ($220 + mounting, elsewhere for $105 + mounting). That sort of dealer experience may sound normal, but the prior owner bought the bike there, and had it serviced there. When he bought it, part of the sale was aftermarket, Vance & Hines exhaust. Part of putting an aftermarket exhaust on, especially on a carburetor bike like mine, is to change the jets out. They did this, but when they did so, the didnt replace the bands holding the air intake boot to the carburetor. This caused me massive problems with backfiring on deceleration, engine overheating, etc. As far as I can tell, their service is just plain sloppy. Their parts and sales department is better than their service, but they are still extremely overpriced. They sell Mobil 1 Full Synthetic motorcycle oil for $17/quart, which is highway robbery!. Autozone or Advanced Auto sell if for about $9/quart. The only reason I go there is they are the only Honda cycle dealer remotely close to me, so if I need a Honda part, and cant wait for an order off the net (or shipping would be too expensive for a cheap part), I go there.

On Saturday, I came in to see if I could get my bike inspected. I had moved to Maryland from the District since buying my bike from Heyser six years ago. In that time, I have continued to return to the shop for all of my service needs. My experience this Saturday is a good example why I do so. Unaware of the bike wash, I was unprepared for just how busy the shop would be. The crew in the service department was undaunted. James assured me that he could help me out and apologized ahead of time for the time it would take. By being clear up front, he made it possible for me to plan the rest of my day. The techs were able to finish earlier than I expected. While I did wait, I watched them handle an incredible volume of service requests with a level of professionalism that is sorely lacking in most customer service interactions at other shops. These guys went above and beyond case after case, never complaining about the staggering volume of requests. In the past, James has taken the time to point out service that I needed as well as suggesting that I wait on other things until later. I feel confident in trusting his advice.I will return to deal with James for all my service needs in the future, and to Heysers sales floor when it is time to buy my next bike. Truly a great experience.
