In 2000 I was in the Army stationed at Fort Derrick in Frederick, MD. So relocating to Southern Maryland was a culture shock. When I first visited AAHD I felt like some of the folks here who regretfully felt that they had a negative experience. I even submitted a horrible review on YELP that I want to delete. What I have since learned is that AAHD is not one of those places that floods its floors with salespeople. Everyone there is like family to the customer and each other. They all take the same pride in what they do not matter if they work sales, finance, parts, or service. They are not easy come, easy go folks who are there today and gone tomorrow. The staff is small but what they do not demonstrate in manpower is easily made up in quality. It is because of their patience and the fact that they do not want to just move volume while they put their customers first that my family and I are making the area our forever home. AAHD is my favorite HD dealership while I can honestly say that Smurf, Rob, Chris, Maryann and the rest of the team are AWSOME! So, if you feel like maybe you were overlooked or otherwise ignored it was not intentional. Just let yourself be heard and seen by opening the hole under your nose. Finally, and regretfully I did not purchase my Scoot from AAHD while they still treat me like family whenever I stop in even if it is to just chat or use the restroom...lol Love these folks and would recommend them over any other HD dealership... Worst service ever. Although this was several years ago, I feel I should post my review. I was stranded in Waldorf, Maryland due to failed battery. I called and asked if someone could please bring me a battery. I was speaking to a woman in the service department who told me, in an unfriendly matter to call a tow truck. She also said they had no one available to help me. I have been riding for over forty years. Hundreds of thousands of miles. Never have I been treated like this, ever. When I finally got there via taxi, there was two guys standing around doing nothing. One older man wore the name "Old Guy" on his shirt. I suggested they treat transients better. He replied, well get right on that and smirked at me. Hopefully, him and that woman in service no longer work there. I meant to write Harley Davidson about that incident but I admit, I "dropped the ball" on that. Dan

I have nothing but great things to sat about "Smurf" and his entire staff at AAHD. There is absolutely no high pressure salesmen there. What you do get is a friendly atmosphere where everyone is treated like family. Every department is professional and customer centered with with an attitude of "I will treat you just as I would want to be treated". I have purchased seven rides from AAHD and could not be more satisfied with the service of these folks. A genuine atmosphere of family is how these professionals at AAHD treat every customer that comes in the door. I have been to many Harley dealerships and there is NONE that can compare to All American Harley Davidson in any category. Do not waste your time going elsewhere AAHD is the place to get your next ride.

I walked into this dealership without owning a bike and walked out a Harley owner. Nothing high pressure. Chris as well as everyone of the team was professional and friendly from beginning of the deal to the very end. They made sure that I was introduced to everyone in the dealership. Each and everyone of them greeted with a firm handshake and a smile. I drove 70 miles to make this deal and I will drive 70 miles to let them service my bike. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new ride.

I started doing business with All American Harley Davidson in 2007, since then Ive bought 3 Harleys from All American HD; a 2008 105th Ultra, a 2010 CVO Ultra and a 2010 Triglide for my better half. I keep going back because of their excellent high quality customer service and a Family friendly atmosphere where I feel good about even bringing my 2 year Old Granddaughter. I strongly recommend All American HD from Sales to Service, you find a better dealership anywhere. Its the people that make the difference!

Ive been associated with All American Harley Davidson for the last four years. My wife and I have visited many dealerships on our rides and I must say that Ive NEVER gone into a dealership that has the atmosphere and friendly service that All American has! From the owner Don down to the front desk receptionist Mary Anne - they treat everyone as a member of the Harley Family. Additionally, the connection between the dealership and the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G. Chapter) is without equal!

I rode away from all American with a bike that finally works. Asked them to make sure it did two things. 1 is to run and 2 was to be safe. 3 minutes after I rode away on my Harley my gear lever completely falls apart. Its tapped together right now. And today my brake fluid line snapped because the line was super corroded from the last owner.

I get my 2011 Road Gilde Ultra from there a year ago and been part of the H.O.G Chapter since 2004. I can think of no better place to be on the weekends or better people to hang out with. Visited this shop looking for a new bike. I waited around for about 20 minutes and wasnt greeted by anyone, the sales staff were sitting in their offices but didnt feel the need to greet me. So after waiting around I left and went to Victory and ended up buying a bike from them.
