I so wish I could do business with the Q-HD service department as I live in Stafford. But unfortunately I take my business an hour away to Richmond HD. I heard of the reputation of the Q-HD service department long before I went there from a number of riders. But I have now lived it (twice) and can attest to the deplorable service. The sales staff and parts department at Q-HD are fine. Ive never had an issue with either of these departments. I have not purchased a bike there but I have good friends that have and they said it was a seamless experience. I have purchased parts, riding gear etc and found the staff helpful and courteous. But the service department is woefully bad. It is unprofessional, disorganized, non-commicative, unhelpful, incompetent and needs to be completely blown up and restaffed. I, and a lot of other riders were hopeful once the dealership became under new ownership that the service department would do a 180 and be professional and squared away. Sadly, it didnt happen. They need a newly retired MGuns maintenance chief to take over kick the asses that need kicking and square that place away. If you need parts or to purchase a bike by all means go there but for service stay away, stay far away. And the new dealership in Fredericksburg, Old Dominion is the same ownership as is the old Waugh dealership. Not sure if the new ownership just cares about sales and could care less about service or what. A head scratcher for sure. All HD dealerships offer the same services so what sets them apart and makes them stand out is customer service, good customer service. The manager and owner(s) of Q-HD should visit other dealerships and get schooled on what good customer service looks like. For service go to Whitts, Patriot or Richmond. Anywhere but here. Heed the warning.

The people on here giving Quantico five stars apparently have not had to have their bike service there. Yes the sales people are excellent, I cant say anything bad about them. However after purchasing my bike (used) I was told it was unsafe to drive and they needed to order a new front end. After no response for two weeks I finally called in and was notified that the parts were on back order. Never once in my whole experience in working with Harley-Davidson of Quantico have they ever called to let me know what was going on with the bike. I was making my first payment before the motorcycle was even in my possession. Then recently after being rear-ended I made the mistake sending my bike there again for estimates on the repair. Again it took them 2 weeks to even look at the bike which has barely any visual damage. And now refuses to release the bike until insurance send payment for estimates appraisal. Total lack of communication and disregard for customer service. I would not recommend getting your motorcycle serviced here.

First, if/when you are looking at a new ride you have to ask for Kaitlin! She is all about you the customer. When I was looking to upgrade/replace my aging Fatboy, I visited several dealerships in NOVA. Even though they were all friendly, Kaitlin was the one who was interested in what I was looking for and not just a sale. In addition to her genuine concern for my happiness she made the whole buying event a fun experience. Finally, everyone at the store is very friendly and it is a definitely a place to hang out and make new friends with both fellow riders and employees. Quantico Harley is a must visit and when you are ready to enjoy some "wind therapy" you have to speak with Kaitlin!

The techs are knowledgeable so that is a good thing. But the service communication needs some improvement specially letting people know when their motorcycle is going to be ready or not. Like the time I took my bike and I was told new fans were installed in the bike but they weren’t, and the other thing is when they are done with your bike they let it sit outside even under the rain. I get it, there might not be enough space inside for all the bikes but a little warning would be good specially when people try so hard to keep their bike rain free.. One more thing the parts department is great they know everything there is to know about any part for your bike.

I bought a bike that had an electrical issue the first ride, it got fixed and I didnt even go a mile and it all broke again. However, even though I was so incredibly mad at the whole situation (still am) Kelly, the sales manager has been working hand over foot for me to make things right. I am at the dealer now waiting to hear back what they can do for me. My salesman Matt may have just shown me a shining light with a Road Glide Special that i may be able to switch in. This whole situation sucks, but they are working hard to make it right. My whole perception has changed. These guys will not leave you unhappy.

i have both bought my bike and used the service department here and both was excellent. they was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the parts that was broken. what some people dont under stand is that it is summer time and a lot of people bring their bikes in this time of the year, and because of that service times is going to take a lot longer then you think. they can only work on so many bikes at a time. i would definitely recommend this place for service just be considerate of the time of year you bring it in. as i could take a few days or a few weeks depending on how many bikes have to be worked on.

Stopped in on A Friday, March 4, 2016 I didnt expect to be met with so much energy and good peoples.... From the time I entered and met with Terrell the salesman it seemed things went smoothly from selecting my Harley to Time to Check Out with the Sales Manager Kelly.... Everyone else in between on the staff seemed to keep you laughing and enjoying a good time at the store all the way back to the service department.... I recommend checking them out and you wont be disappointed from the pleasant atmosphere at this location..

The online support salesperson, Jeni, really went above and beyond to work with my on my trade in for a different (slightly used) model. She worked the best deal for me within three states. Since Quantico is not locked in to Harley Only financing, Jeni found me a rate lower then most dealerships offer for a new bike! The bike was cleaned and ready for my inspection when I arrived. The whole deal took less than 25 minutes. Extremely happy and have recommended several friends to contact Jeni.

I was initially concerned about having my bike serviced at Harley of Quantico after reading the reviews; however, my experience was outstanding. Kevin was helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to go over all the work I had completed. The finished product exceeded my expectations and it was done ahead of schedule. I was very impressed with Kevin and his willingness to take the time to answer all my questions/concerns. I will definitely be back to have all my service done here.

Its a good dealership, and there are several in the Washington DC area to choose from when I was buying a new 2017 Road Glide Special. Frankly most all the Wash DC area HD dealerships are very good. The staff at HD of Quantico is patient, not pushy, and make you feel like a welcome guest and thats from sales to service to parts to finance. Very competitive on price among the area dealerships as well. They are doing it right. Recommended.
