After hitting a deer and destroying my 2014 CVO Limited the entire staff went above and beyond to get me on a bike. Helen did diligent job to find me a replacement CVO but it just wasnt to be. Cody made me an amazing deal on a new 2015 limited low. Once this bike was chosen big mike worked his magic and had all the parts for this bike to customize it and make it my own. Little Mike in the shop is a true talent at wrenching and had my bike looking amazing in matter of cpl days which is a feat unto itself considering all the upgrades he had to install. Overall I couldnt be happier or more pleased with the team effort. The atmosphere is that of a true family and this is my dealership of choice. I recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a bike or needing work done on the bike they have. Professionalism and curtousy to the extreme. Thank you all so much. LOVE THE BIKE. So far absolutely a great experience. Was looking for a bike in Tn. A Harley, actually drove hours away to have my time wasted by a east tn. Dealer that had to work to lose the sale! Almost bought a hammer s instead.Found this place on line and started making calls. I have received nothing but top notch co-operation. I take delivery of my bike the 18th. Helen, Cody and even the general manager( who answered an email on a day they were closed) have turned what was almost a "change your mind experience on buying a Harley" into take a few days off work and drive to Pa. to pick it up myself and drive back to Tn. I could only wish the Tn. Harley shops modeled their services after these guys and made a "new" stranger feel welcome. Cant wait to meet you guys on Friday , or Saturday and pick up my bike! Thanks for making this a pleasant phurchase and working with someone so far away.

Id recommend everyone buy here. I was working specifically with Cody as well as comparing prices to other dealers in my general area. Im not a man with a lot of time and over 1/2 the dealers I talked to are into the "Come in so we can pressure you into a sale" tatic. Eisenhauers was not like this. Cody clarified everything through email. They did a bike evaluation through pictures. And we agreed upon a price. When I got up there they didnt try to nitpick my bike to get more money out of the deal. They stuck by their word. The loan had an error on it. It ended up being $50 in my favor. Regardless of that Cody told me that he was sorry for the inconvenience and let me pick out two shirts from the store. This was a really incredibly pleasant experience. The owner was amazing and talked to me like I wasnt just a sales # but like I was a friend. Would definitely go back.

Just purchased an Ultra Classic from Eisenhauers Tioga County Harley Davidson. What an amazing experience. Helen was more than helpful. The service department went through the bike with me answering all questions.Parts guy offering any and all help. So heres my take. Go there as I did after a recommendation from friends and look around. Buy one you will be amazed. Would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great people, good service, just bought my Bike here this weekend and everything was prepped even though they only got the bike in 5 hours earlier. Great trade in. See Helen for your bike of Rachel / Tammy for your accessories. I travelled 70 miles to this dealership even though there is one 5 miles away due to their service and professionalism.

Love stop in and looking around. Wish they carried larger size jeans. Biggest size I have seen is 14 for women. Also there are larger biker boys/ men that have a hard time finding leather jackets long enough. Would be nice to have a couple on hand.

Nice big shop, hours are not always accurate though, never open on the weekends it seems, especially holidays when big traffic is in the area.
