Absolutely horrible!!!! Let me say that the only reason I went to this dealership is that my bike broke down under warranty, and this is where Victory would tow it. I had a voltage regulator go bad, and it took over 3 weeks to get it fixed. Dave, the service adviser, is by far one of the biggest idiots I have ever met. He will NEVER call you back when he says he will to give you an update. It took them 10 days to determine I had a problem. I told them I did full testing on the bike to determine what it was, as I work on bikes and know how to fix them. I could have had my bike up and running in 2 days myself. Both other dealers in the area have regulators in stock and would have had me up and running and both said that right away, it was the regulator. Dave told me he has never heard of one going bad, yet if you check the web, this happens enough that it is public knowledge. I had it towed in on a Monday, and Dave told me they would look at it first thing on Tuesday. On, Wednesday I called to get an update, as we had a vacation coming up with the bikes. I was told Dave was out and that since he was handling it, I needed to call back the next day. So, Thursday I called and Dave told me they were looking into it and would call me back. On Friday, I called again as I had to cancel my vacation rental by Monday to get my deposit back. Figuring parts usually take a few days, I still was holding out hope that I had time and pleaded with Marshall to have Dave call me asap. That following Monday I called and Dave told me they couldnt duplicate the problem. He then said he put a request into Victory to find out what to do. I made the decision to wait on the cancellation still hoping the bike could be fixed by Friday. I didnt hear from Dave for another 2 days so I called again to find out and he told me that he got it to do it while riding the bike but wasnt sure if the gauge was bad and was going to put a meter on it and ride. I told him the gauge was fine, and that I told him I had tested all that prior and the gauge was reading accurately. That was one of the first things I had mentioned. He finally called me back a few days later to tell me he got authorization to Victory and they were sending a new regulator. I really wish I knew what date that he requested the warranty as you will see below. I believe he was just snowing me and had me wait 2 weeks before actually working on the bike. Long story short, in hoping of not ruining a vacation that we had planned for a year, I ended up not being able to go and was out $250 in my deposit. When it was done they told me they found my shock was bad and ordered a shock. It was holding the same psi as before I took it in, and the shock was totally dry. Dave told me he saw it leaking like crazy so it must be empty. Once again, complete idiot because when it leaks it will leave fluid laying around on it, yet it is totally dry. I think they are doing a warranty scam on Victory but I decided as long as it wasnt costing me, let them do it. I found my rear tail light had moisture in it and one of my saddle bag lids paint didnt match. My bike must have had damage to the lid sitting at the dealer when new and it was repainted and not matching. On July 11th, 2016, I took a half day and rode down to have Dave look at it and put in a warranty claim for both. We had talked on the phone prior, and I told him that once this is approved I would have them do the shock as well, on the same day, requiring only one more trip. He was not even interested in really taking pictures by his attitude, but still did and said he would get back to me. On July 26th, I contacted Victory to get a status and they put me up to a "specialist", named Nate who reviewed the record. He was astonished as well, as Coleman put my warranty request in on the 25th, 2 FULL WEEKS later and Victory approved it in 1 hour. On Thursday, August 4th, Coleman got my parts but still didnt contact me until Monday, August 8th to let me know that they were in. And now, not 4 weeks later the supposedly new shock is leaking.

Dont be fooled by the rating here they clearly are paying for five star adds And when the owner responds to this add of its anything but apologetic there just trying to get some BUllish last word. I know Im coming off as a jerk but Im rightfully angry! My review if for the sales department, specifically the salesman named Chris Brown I wanted the cash price for a Honda CBR500r that I was getting for my brother for his birthday to get him on a bike They MSRP for about $6300, there own website even says as much, I thought he would offer something around there I would offer around $5800, instead a saleman named Chris Brown said "I can see if the boss will let one out for $7200 with no ABS and you go to the the DMV and get your own title and plates" (which is around $300 in fees) honestly this offer was offensive and showed what poor common sense the salesman had, did he not expect someone who was paying thousands of dollars to not know what there buying? Or at the very least not know how to use google? It actaully say the MSRP on there website, to get there email I had to go on there website, Im not blind I saw the price, If the owner of Coleman power sports ever reads this FIRE CHRIS BROWN hes dragging your name thru the mud Im gonna be taking my money to mannasas power sports from now on bud! If the GM ever reads this and wants proof of the email he sent me I will gladly forward it to you, Coleman power sports is supposed to be a quality dealership, not some greasy used car with the shisty car salesman from family guy peddling volcano insurance Note after reading other review the same thing happened to multiple people, they might try to ask so high above a normal price that you think your getting a good deal when the my offer you MSRP, I promise you most dealers will do at least like $400 of MSRP and give you plates and a title, and Thats for a $6000 bike, if you want to spend more and get a bigger bike they will give you more off, Stay away from these guys there taking advantage of the people who live in NOVA because this is a wealthy area, Allot of places will deliver bikes to you, you can also drive 30-45 mins south and find MUCH MUCH better deals Stay away from this place and educate yourself on how much the bike or whatever engine operated vehicle you buy is actaully worth, dont end up wasting $1000 + on some dealership thats not worth there weight in used gym towels,

This is for the Falls Church location. The reason I gave them 2 stars and not 1 is the parts department is good. Everything else...is not. I brought by GSXR there for repairs when I was having an electrical issues. I know that electrical issues can be tricky and expensive and thought that bringing it to the dealer was the best route. When bringing the bike there they said the diagnostic was $90ish and they would look at it in 2-3 days. Since this was a Saturday I figured, ok, their main mechanics arent here. 2-3 days go by and I call for an update, they tell me they looked at it but need another hour to look at it at $90 dollars, that theyve put way more time than an hour into it. I agree to the extra time. 4 days go by, still no word, call up and talk to a different service guy, he tells me the tech said its something to do with the headlights and the HID kit thats in there. I say just take it out and put in stock, to which he agrees. 4 days go by, I call, get put on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on. I call back and talk to the service manager, a woman I cant remember her name but she was helpful. I get a call back from my original service writer who says they havent looked a the bike yet, he didnt know my bike was still there, that hed been on vacation for a week and figured it had already been taken care of. He promises theyll look at it the next day. Ok. I call the next day at 4pm, he said the bike had been looked at and fixed and my bill was $300. Great, even though I went through all this, its done. I go to pick it up, pay the bill, go to ride the bike out, turn the bike on...nothing works. Same as when I brought it in. I have them look at it, they say theyre going to need to keep it further. At this point, there is no way thats happening. I tell them I will take it somewhere else and ask for a refund. They gave me a full refund, which was good. I take the bike to a local shop, they diagnose and fix the problem, which should have been obvious as it was the 2 main plugs went bad. But Coleman missed it and had installed some wires which went to nothing apparently. TL;DR - Do not take your bike to Coleman for repairs - ever. Parts department is ok. Go somewhere else; anywhere else.
