My husband and I have been loyal customers at 1st Capital since the day they opened. Having previously been loyal customers of Laugermans, we were a bit concerned at first when our dealer was sold and opened under the new owners. I must say the new owners and staff (including many who were previously employed by Laugermans) quickly showed us there was no reason for concern. From a customer’s prospective it really was a seamless transition. While my husband does most of our maintenance, on various occasions we have had to take one of our bikes in for warranty work and they have always gotten us in right away and made us feel like a priority. They are flexible and accommodating around our schedules, and better yet they are extremely knowledgeable. Through all of our visits they have been prompt, dependable and offer fair pricing. They are even great to work with for warranty work. I recently purchased my first brand new bike, 1st Capital truly goes out of their way to ensure your purchase is perfect. During my purchase I had the pleasure of working not only with the Sales team, but also the Parts team and the Service Department and I must say the experience was phenomenal! All three teams worked together to ensure my expectations were met. Overall, we would both recommend 1st Capital and we will continue to be loyal customers. The team here ROCKS!!

Had nothing but problems , had my own financing , check from my lender they titled bike all wrong kept 1st capital as lean holder and it was to be my lender on title had to re register bike 3 times to get it right and took forever to get it done.....Will never do business there again

I would highly recommend buying a motorcycle through Laugerman Harley Davidson. They aim to please. I traded in my bike and they brought my new one and picked up my old one. The owner is very friendly. I even received a card in the mail for buying one there. Thank You,Adam Graul

As dealerships go, this is a small one, but their service is as big as you can get anywhere. I bought my Sportster there, as well as a few other things over time and have been happy spending every nickel. I would definitely buy another motorcycle there, and will too.

Walked in with a suspect bad battery they checked it out for me and it was bad. Walked upstairs to parts dept. and out the door with a new fully charged battery in about 20 minutes total time in store. Me and my Softail are both happy customers.

I have meet friendlier sales staff. Since the change of ownership I think the quality of the service has dropped. I did not feel welcomed the last time I visited. (It was slow there was only one other customer there at the time.)
