I had kind of a strange experience with this place. Its located right up the road from where I live and I drive by it most days and can see whatever display bikes they have lined up out front. Well for the last month or so Ive noticed a particular used Victory parked out front a lot of days so I stopped in to take a look. I was greeted by a very friendly employee who made some small talk and gave me details about the bike, a 2013 Judge. I asked him his price and he said it was 7K. Fair enough. I told him Id give him 6K cash right there which I thought was a reasonable opening offer for a four year old bike produced by a brand that just went under. He said Id have to ask the owner myself. Uh ok, I guess he couldnt find her and tell her my offer, kind of unusual, but no big deal I guess. Now bear in mind this is one of those places that doesnt have actual price tags on any of the machines, which in my experience means that things are negotiable. So I go inside and mill around for a little bit until I was approached by the owner, a pleasant woman who welcomed me to her store. I told her that I had my eye on the Judge out front and that Id give her six grand for it right there. She looked at me and simply said, and I quote, "No way." Thats it. So I just stood there for a second or two before saying, "Ok." Not much else to say at that point I guess, since it was clear that there would be no negotiating going on. Then right before leaving the place, as she was still standing there, I idly asked, "Youre asking seven for it, right?" I just wanted to confirm that Id heard the asking price right, mainly because she had the response of a seller who just received an insultingly low-ball offer and for whatever reason I felt some guilt at the possibility that I caused offense. I mean, I figured if the asking was seven, Id offer six cash, and maybe wed meet in the middle at 6500 or so. Worth a shot anyway, right? Or if not, maybe a sentence stating that the price is firm, which is of course any sellers right. In any case, what she said is, "Its eight thousand." A little confused at the price having gone up a grand inside of ten minutes, I told her that her employee said they were asking seven. She said, "Nope", and thanked me for coming into her store. I thanked her as well and left. I kind of feel like a heel for a two star review here because the people seemed friendly enough. That said, Ive bought a lot of vehicles from a lot of dealerships, and Ive never experienced the boss coming out and upping the initial asking price by fifteen percent after an offer is made. Ive considered the possibility that the employee misspoke in an honest mistake, although I distinctly heard him say the words "seven thousand" at least three times when describing what a bargain the bike is. Hey, maybe theyll get 8K for it tomorrow, who knows? If they do, good for them, and I mean that, although I kind of doubt it judging by asking prices on ebay motors and cycle trader.. Or maybe theyll keep hauling that bike out front every morning for a few more months as I drive on past every day. Off topic, but Id like to express my sympathy to the owner of this dealership, as well as the staff and customers who were adversely effected by the drunken lunatic who recently smashed his car through the side of the store. Un-freaking-believable. I was very relieved to hear that no one was hurt.

OMG !!! I have been in Maryland a year and went from motorcycle store to motorcycle store and they were meh in fact I walked out of Clinton Cycles back in 2014 when it was under the old managment. I walked into this place expecting the same and boy did they prove me wrong. Greeted me within minutes of walking through the door. The staff was friendly and more than glad to share what information they had when I asked questions. I asked about a price on a bike and they were like here you go. They didnt play the "Car salesperson" routine. Not once did I feel rushed, pressured or unwanted as a customer. This place is very much like my old bike shop in AZ. Even though this store is a bit down the road for me I will go again and I plan on purchasing my next bike from them. Their store is clean and they even have two cats and one dog from what I am told that roam the place ..sadly only got the see one big ol cat. Kudos Ladies and Gents of this store. You have great attitudes ^^ and you will see me again. If you are in the area stop by this place. Their pride for their place shows.

They will go out of their way to make sure you have the full experience. Ive dealt with dozens of dealerships/shops and this one is by and far the best Ive dealt with! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, I cant express enough how much people need to go here, if youve already got a bike, doesnt matter, they are a one-stop shop!

These guys are the best. Ive had my 93 Harley in here several times for service and Im never disappointed. Theyve always worked to make sure Im a satisfied customer. I picked it up today and she looks and feels like a new motorcycle, although its almost 25 years old. Thanks Bernie, Melinda and the rest of your staff.

The customer service is not great at all, therefore, I decided to go to another Victory location in MD where I was well taken care of. I would not purchase a bike at this location or recommend this location because of its poor customer service.

I have found them extremely friendly and helpful. I have bought several accessories for the motorcycle I bought there and in each case the experience was great. Their custom work has been simply amazing. This is a great bike shop.
