Terrible!!! Bought a ring and paid for the VIP plan so I could have it sized for free. Paid it off weeks ago and still have no ring. I have been lied to repeatedly. It was supposed to be overnighted, didnt happen. Then it was supposed to be picked up, didnt happen. Overnighted, didnt happen. Picked up, didnt happen....etc, etc, etc. I am not sure what my options are, but for sure I wont be buying anything from them in the future!
