Worst pawn shop experience EVER! I purchased two DVD players from this store. One wouldnt play dvds at all while the other would play but had no sound. When my husband and I tried to exchanged the DVD players two days later for new ones we were told we couldnt because we were one day outside of the 24 hour return policy. We explained my husband had been in the hospital with food poisoning the day before, but the lady assisting us Clarissa was unsympathetic. Not only would she not take the damaged items they sold us back but she was incredibly rude. Please dont waist your money here and save yourself the headache of dealing with these rude employees!

Aaron is the new Manager at this location. Guys if you ever wanted to meet the nicest person I have ever worked with in a pawnshop you need to meet Aaron. His mentor Trent is cut from the same cloth so to speak. The Eastern store in Henderson and the and 2646 Horizon Ridge Stores are the best in town. I just wanted to do this review to congratulate Aaron on his new promotion, ( you really deserve it bro) and to let all of you guys know that EZpawn is the place I like to buy my toys. The people who work here are non-judgmental, kind, courteous, helpful. Ive been in a bind more than once and theyre the place to go when I need a little help financially. I know my things are safe and will be in the same condition as when I brought them in Ive also purchased items there, at a very good price (they do offer a short warranty on items)

such jerks. Came in with a sound bar worth a good amount The older lady was so rude, pulled up the cheapest looking item and gave me a 10$ quote. I asked to work with someone else and she rolled her eyes and was so disrespectful. This place is awful. Complete low ballers.

Horrible pawn shop offered $70 for a 32gb galaxy tab thats worth $350+. The employee didnt even look at the tablet just told me $70 flat out
