A kind n friendly pawn sop. The kinds of things that I want (mostly psp games) are marked down reasonably and priced "better" then other pawn saps. If you small talk with them, n exchange some jolly wholesome jokes... n get on..."their level," theyll gladly give you some kind of a deal. Pawn 1 loves kinda joking around with their repeating customers. They develop long term caring relationships with them, and give them (their loyal customers) the good deals. And most of the time, they listen to everything you say, and get to know everything about you and ... what "type" of person they think you are. So thats the good stuff. But, some employees can also be quite conceited. But this is only occasionally ...but thats to be expected with all the different people theyre dealing with, n items they must fix and kinda test or sanitize n other things that theyre doing in the back. They truely show that they care by how they talk to you. I love that pawn sap

Ok first of all to the people bitching about not getting the money they wanted,,, its a Pawn Shop.... its not eBay, or Amazon, or even Craigslist. 99% of the time your not going to get as much as you think you deserve,, thats how it works at ALL pawn shops and thats why theyre used for emergencies, not to sell things all the time. I have had to use them several times (4 or 5) in the 3 years Ive lived in Idaho and i have not once had a negative experience with any of the employes..... and they have always worked with me to help me get back everything i have ever pawned there so i never lost a single item,, even if i had to pay late a few days,,, so i personally dont think you would find a better place anywhere in the area.

Horrible service There sign says "Tools priced to sell" yea right all I needed was and 18v drill they had a lot but nothing less than $120 I showed them an ad from Sears for a full set drill battery charger and bag for $99 they told me they dont use those ads they only go off of what Home Depot and Lowes says. The funny thing is when you sell them something they go off the lowest price on eBay this place is a rip-off do not sell or buy anything from them. And if I have to make a hundred Google accounts to make them a one-star I will

The rude, menacing behavior of this pawnshops employees is breathtaking. Do your homework before selling or buying, my head is reeling from the experience. Walk around watch them watch you, youll go home wanting a bath and catch up with your therapist.

I typically have a great experience each time I enter the Garden City Pawn 1 the staff is very friendly and the store is usually very clean and as far as prices go they seem to be the best priced among all branches definitely a returning customer

Just went in and one of the ladies refused to movie on an anime box set just because it was anime also did not discount old video games very much maybe about 10% she was also kinda curt and lacking in people skills. Most likely wont go back

I dont understand the other ratings. This chain has the cleanest stores and a large selection of items. The prices are usually less than other shops. The staff have always treated me well and been open to negotiating prices.

Really love coming into the Chinden store, always has lots of inventory and I receive customer service as soon as I come in. one of my favorite pawn stores for sure.
