I have been buying things from this store over the last 6 months, & they always make sure Im happy with my purchases, & the guy who I assume is the store manager (& Im pretty sure is named Alex) is absolutely wonderful! He has discounted items for me to help me out a couple times, & is always very friendly & helpful. Audrie was helping me get something exchanged & I didnt quite have enough money to do what we wanted to do, so Alex told her to cut the price for me! It was so nice & made it so my son could get the Christmas present he wanted right away. Audrie also called around to some other locations to track down something I was looking for that wasnt at their location. I absolutely love the Taylorsville store & all the friendly people who work there!

I do not recommend you go here! I took my laptop and because I went in the next day after it was due I was charged an extra month. I normally wouldnt do this but it was such a hassle. I was told the manager was going to call me and NEVER did! If your looking to pawn an Item go to CROWN PAWN on 3300 s. Ive always gone there but thought id try something diffrent closer to me for convienance. (Biggest mistake ever) They did nothing to try and help blamed the systems, bad customer service. What should of taken 15 mins took over an hour I left so upset!

Been coming here for years when I dont quite have enough money until next payday. Pawning your property can be rather embarrassing, but the staff here is great. You always feel welcome and dont get that awkward feeling some other pawn shops give off.

The manager was a tool. Mocked us about our asking price condescendingly and proceeded to laugh at us with a bunch of other employees. Worst pawn shop experience ever, never going to a big pawn shop like this again. Stick to your local shops!

This place is way to expensive and they do not offer good deals . I would not recommend anyone coming here to buy or to try to sell anything. Also the girl who works there is rude and not processional at all.
