Staff was rude and inconsiderate. I pawned a tv and DVD player here. When I sent my husband to go pick it up the following week, she refused to give it back saying I sold it to them. Why would I sell a tv and DVD player for $15?! I just needed enough for gas for the next couple of days until my husband got paid. First, she threw a fit because she didnt want to release the property to my husband, when on the back of the pawn ticket it clearly states whoever is in possession of this ticket gets to have the property released to them unless there is something written by me saying other wise. She said that didnt apply to them. Uhm okay, its clearly printed on the back of all the receipts you give to your customers! And if it didnt apply to you guys, explain that to your customers! Second, she was arguing with my husband about whether I had pawned it or sold it to them. First saying she specifically remembers me saying sell. Those words never came out of my mouth, and then she went and contradicted herself saying "I dont remember every customer that comes in here..." because my husband was saying why would I sell my tv and DVD player for only $15, I had just needed to pawn them! Okay, so how can you be so sure that I wanted to sell my items to you, and then I the same breath when asked, you claim you dont remember me, that you cant remember every customer that walks through the door. Terrible experience. Still didnt get my property out, I had to wait until they put the items out in the store so I could buy them back. Would not recommend. Just so rude and disrespectful, unknowledgeable and unprofessional.

These guys really helped me out when I needed it. I was short on cash and they really pulled through for me. They told me they could take some things I didnt even know pawn shops took! Dont waste your time going anywhere else, these guys have first class customer service! Ask for Sandra and you cant go wrong.
