I always pawn my stuff here and recently i had tried to pawn my samsung tablet and the lady had bad attitude very rude. She tried to give me 40$. I asked at least 60 or somthing n in a rude voice she said she cant do it n 40 is what shes going to pawn it for. So i instead pawned a cheap speaker and she tried to give me 5$ turned around n said it mite be broken the power button to hard to push. Smh well it sure aint a touch screen button. Anyways, i asked if another guy i can talk to get his input he agree n said its ok i can get 10. She said i told her 5$ ima give her 5$. Also 2 years ago i was there when that store got robbed. Some staff are nice but the laptops are junk i bought one it wasnt that good. I went to the other ez pawn on redwood road n they gave me 60 for the tablet. I have history over there getting my pawns out.

This is the best ezpawn location in utah, the store manager Rafael Yesca is the only reason i come in, he is very knowledgeable of all his products he goes the extra mile to help you out on your pawn loans he is always in a happy mood I been to other ez pawn locations in other states but this is my first choice for the best experience go see him for the best pawn experience also nakea is an excellent pawn broker when Rafael is not there she is my number 2 person to go to that girl is hard working always doing a project ready to greet you at the door she deserves a raise.

Fair and well organized, i have had good experience with this pawn, and only one bad one, I personally thought a bike they had for sale was over priced, the bike brand was good but not high end or exclusive, the wanted 100 dollars for it, when i told them about it the person who was really rude and uncooperative looked it up online and tells me it goes for 300 dollars. First, he looked up the wrong bike model, which was newer and the one they had was different and beat up.. I try to avoid getting help from that guy and get help from other who work there

I go by the name shu, my son and I went in to sell some DVD s and were treated with service that I have not seen in twenty or so years. Kindness and professional attitudes with knowledge. Store was clean and ,how are you doing when you walked in! Ahejandro and ravae and I probably am getting your names wrong, but one thing I am not, is your way of treating people should be taught in every business in the country. This pawn shop is filled with variety of items like ive never seen at a pawn shop, and I would say they have the best prices on most of there items.. I was surprise on how clean and organized the store was for a pawn shop, usually most of pawn shops ive been are just filled with stuff all over the place . The customer service was great they are very friendly, and helpful . This is the only pawn shop Im going from now on, highly recommended .

These guys have always been fair and are always friendly and courteous, they have very competitive rates for pawning and take more stuff than most other pawn shops do, every time I go here I get a minimum of great service but usually its an above-and-beyond level of service, I cant say a whole lot of good things about most pawn shops but these guys are a rare exception!

Ive only been here twice and have had good experiences both times. First I time came in was two months ago to buy a TV, they had a pretty good price on the one I got and still happy with the purchase. Second time I came in to pawn my MacBook Pro, they offered WAY more than Cash America! Seriously was offered $50 at Cash America Pawn, EZ Pawn offered me $400.

Ezpawn is one of my favorite pawn shops, but the downtown store is easily favorite out of all of them. The west valley store has lots to offer, but I go to the one on 400 s for the people! Those employees are happy and joking, they just need a bigger shop to beat every other pawn shop in town! Ezpawn is the only place I will do business.

The people here are cheapskates, they dont know how to do business. They tried to give me 20 dollars for a 200 dollar t.v. How pathetic, Cash America is down the street and they know how to run a pawn shop. EZ pawn will always try to screw you over for their benefit.
