DO NOT GO HERE! They sent my jewelry off to be melted down last week "accidentally" & apologize and said they would request it be sent back immediately & it should be back in a few days. Today is day six so I call for an update and the guy tells me oh I cant guarantee that it wont be melted down and sent back. So Im like WTF. I ask for a manager and he was equally rude kept talking over me & ignoring my question & comments. Rushing me off the phone. His name was Edward. I no longer feel secure in trusting them with my stuff. Im very scared and no longer reassured by talking to them. I advise go to the Super Pawn down the road much nicer & professional.

Im a business owner and these social rejects turned me down for any a loan in any amount just because i brought 3 laptopa. Theyll do business with drug dealers and theives who bring your stolen gear in but god forbid an honest mab needs a little extra money. The employees were rude and disrepectful and I will never do business with them again. The absolut dumbest group of snobby no nothings ive ever dealt with! Snobby like they know it all but in reality are about as clueless as they come.l

I just walked in to posibly pawn a 14k gold necklace thay I bought from them. They told me it was only 10k. I said you sold it to me as 14k. This guy face changed when he heard i bought it off them.Then he said he has rheumatic arthritis and had a young girl recheck it and it magically came back as 14k. What a cheap way to make a buck. Trying to get over on someone who just trying to get by.

Horrible service I would highly recommend NOT GO HERE the little short bald guy was rude &had no knowledge of interest rates and he was insulting ! So glad I didnt pawn my ring here such horrible customer service negative 1 star ! Go to USA pawn Down the street ! They know there Interest rates (super low) never again will ! I enter this horrendous place

Without a doubt the dumbest people Ive dealt with in a long time. One guy didnt even know how to use a cordless drill. Then said I needed a reciept because it was in a case. Dealt with a lot of pawn shops in this city and by far this is the worst. They dont even deserve the one star.
