They are scams. And the worst part is, I came here because of all the good reviews. So someone is either taking down the bad reviews or people are believing them, when they tell you your gold is not gold. 1st....Testing gold with the wrong bottles and telling me that my gold is not gold, when i know it is, i bought it. 2nd....Just looking at pieces and not testing them and telling me that it is not gold. When i know it is because I bought it. I also tested everything before i went there and went to another place after i left theres in tears and had them retest it. Then went back home and retested some pieces again. 3rd.... If its only 10k or 14k you cant use 18k acid on the gold. And if you dont take anything below 18k why wouldnt you tell your customers. Gold is gold. I will be calling someone tomorrow to make sure this doesnt happen again to another person. Its just wrong. Its hard enough for some people to bring in there items to get cash, but times are tuff and sometimes you need a little help. But to be treated with disregard and tricked along with that. Its just not right. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, and calling the AG office tomorrow.

I have used Aztec Pawn and Gold several times for my FFL needs and they have always been the best value and highest quality in providing that service. They even offer a discount if processing multiple items on the same transaction. They are polite and make customers feel comfortable. I plan to continue my patronage and would recommend them to anyone for ffl or pawn.

By far the best store i have ever been in , the customer service is five star and all staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable . It was the worst experience ive ever had at a place the guy was mean and rude and i was already dealing with trying to get a safe place cause my ex that beats me found me and the jacksass that works there breaks one earring and sends it flying and then loses the another one diesnt find it and tells me oh well too bad

I was goin to add just one star thinking to change it up since everyone seems to have nothing but nice things to say but I couldent come up with anything negative staff is honest knowledgeable and give realistic offers no low balling wich is extremely rare when it comes to pawn shops

Went in there a few days ago to sell some jewelry. Have been frequenting a different pawn shop on the east side for 10 years and have to say this shop has it together. Employees are professional and friendly, great experience all around.
