When this pawn shop first opened up at this location, I had great experiences everytime I visited. But its been about a year now since my last visit and it has drastically changed, AND NOT FOR THE BETTER!!!! Today I called and talked to Julio about purchasing a PlayStation 2 or 3 game console, he proceeded to inform me that he had some in both series. I get off work rush to the location and meet Julio, and let me just say this was a terrible experience, he has HORRENDOUS customer service skills and he basically tries to cheat you out of your money and calls it giving you a deal!!! Long story short I will NEVER spend money in ANY USA PAWN STORES because of Mr Julio and my experience with him! PLEASE BEWARE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT GUARANTEED AT THIS STORE AS LONG AS JULIO IS THERE!!!!! ARROW PAWN HERE I COME!!!!

Bought a laptop, slower than a 1995 pc, they did exchange for a cheaper Acer, which is fine, I just need to do work online, I get home, attempt to do some work and pop up after pop up about malware products and "your pc is running slow, click here to fix" I just want to work!! After closing half a dozen windows, the power icon pops up, turns out the charger they gave me was not the correct charger, keeps disconnecting from power! On my way now to Best Buy to spend a few more buck for a brand new hassle free product.

Worst management I have ever worked for. Very rude and disrespectful to their employees. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE. Harvey is very immature does not act professional at all. No management skills just yells and calls his "friend" daddy at work. Leaves long lines of customers waiting while he checks out dvds. Dont waste your time. And this coming from someone who worked there. P.s. the review written by Amanda OConner was written by an employee there haha

The store manager was extremely rude, I came in to pawn an item and I was asked a series of questions which I respectfully answered then starts incenuating my story was changing on how I got the item pretty saying I stole it after telling him it was a gift he continued to be rude and of course I took my item back and walked out. Ive been there before and all the other employees have been pretty nice. But the store manager needs more customer service training

Visited this store a couple of days ago. Received horrible customer service from some overly skinny guy, if you could call him that. Not only was he condescending but he had really bad attitude. So because of him I went down to arrow pawn and got what I needed. Thanks arrow your the best

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! The guy "Harvey" is the worst. Hes a snake oil salesman! I feel bad for the people that have to work with a person like that. Dishonest, shady, and disrespectful. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Place sucks they sell nothing but broken stuff and then wont give you your money back if you buy something thats broken please avoid this place at all costs
