This company doesnt even deserve a 1 star. I pawned a wedding set last january and picked it up on time. It went right back on my ring finger. Now it is august and we have no choice but to pawn the ring again to make ends meet. My husband just called me and said that angelique the store manager said they werent real diamonds. Excuse me but the pawn ticket from last january said it was. It hasnt been off my finger since i got it back. Nobody switched out the diamonds while it was on my finger. This place is a bunch of crooks. If you have jewelry here, when you pick it up make sure they test the diamonds before you leave. I wish I would have because now I cant prove a damn thing. Hats off to the crook, you must have secretly gotten away with it for a long time.

Just went in to see a price for my laptops and sunglasses. Manager was rude and told me her employees were too "busy" to do my loan! I had a $1200 laptop and $300 sunglasses. She told me only does $5 for any pair of sunglasses! Terrible shop and experience. Go to Bell Pawn 2 blocks over

Could the website be more useless?? Everything else about this place is great. Staff is very friendly and usually always will to work with you. Usually pays top dollar for items.
