Beware this pawn shop has a lack of knowledge. I took my grandfathers Rolex in to this pawn shop and the man behind the counter looked at it for 5 seconds and tells me its a fake Rolex. I had my doubts because I know where it came from, so I took it to a different pawn shop that actually opened the watch and tested the gold on it, the second pawn shop then offered me $900 dollars for the watch. I eas very confused about the different opinions from the two different pawn shops so I took the watch to Schmidt jewelers to have it appraised. When the appraisal came back I found out it was a real Rolex with an appraisal value of $4500. Needless to say Im very happy I didnt trust A-z pawn shops opinion on the watch. Get a second opinion before using A-z pawn.

Walked in there the first time to see what they had looking to purchase an older nicer guitar if they had any. The employees that were there at the time were very rude and condescending to people that were coming in to pawn a valuable. I am a Army veteran but I had to walk out of there. I run a business in the valley so if one of my employees did not greet, ask a customer if they need any help or have respect for a customer that employee would not be there too long. I do not normally complain but this is an exception. This place stinks due to their lack of customer service.

Great hospitality and a very clean store. The staff was attentive and did not crowd you. They were knowledgeable of their inventory and helped me throughout my shopping experience. This pawn shop is definitely my first stop when I am looking for anything.

The worst customer service Ive ever seen took a 4,000 dollar watch in for the guy to say its not high-end enough for his store stay far away from this place to many pawn shops out here for them to treat customers the way they do

Workers were overall rude. Wouldnt even make me a low offer for my ps vita because of a few scratches. Its a waste of time going in there, some people need to learn how to run a business.

Horrible overall experience, brought in brand new jewlery with tags still on it and wouldnt take it. And were making jokes about it and laughing. Brand new Tiffany jewlery.
